We had an excellent experience at DFS, largely thanks to Nathan. We spent at least four hours across two separate visits trying to find the perfect sofa, and throughout the whole process Nathan was incredibly patient, helpful and professional.
He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, gave us honest and knowledgeable advice, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. His knowledge of the products and his approach to customer service were brilliant.
Nathan is a real credit to DFS, and we genuinely appreciated all his time and effort in helping us find the right sofa. Excellent customer service from start to finish — thank you, Nathan

Came and looked on another visit to see what you had to offer. Offered assistance but declined as want to look and see wothout hassle and was left to it and not hoovered around.
Came in yesterday to make my purchase after a quick look again to make sure. Did have to wait a little for someone to become available. I believe Nathan came free and it was an easy quick transition partly due to me knowing what I wanted and colours etc. gave me information I needed and more that I asked for and nice and relaxed and light hearted. All paid for easily. He was very polite and would recommend him as a sales person.

I was very impressed when I walked into the Swansea store. Unlike other shops, we were not harassed into buying ! I don't like being "made" to buy something. James was FAB!! Now I can't wait to have my settees!!!

We had been in the Swansea store on several occasions trying to decide on a new sofa. The staff are always friendly and helpful, even though we were often there near closing times! No pushy sales people following you around and plenty of space to browse and see the ranges.

We eventually made our minds up and were served by Nathan who was fab and explained everything and made the purchase simple and straightforward. Looking forward to having our San Antonio.

An experience made even nicer by Hannah who completed the sale for us.
