Excellent Service with no 'Hard Sell'
My wife and I were attended to by Mike at the Warrington store, very knowledgeable chap who didn't pressure us into anything and let us walk around the store before approaching as we'd settled on a sofa for about 10 minutes. No patter, no hard sell, just answered all of our question and clearly explained all of the options available to us. Refreshing, considering you're usually bombarded as soon as you walk through the doors at places like this. Highly recommend and very pleased with our purchase.

We were greeted by Sam
We were greeted by Sam, who helped us straight away with all the questions we had. No pressure! We had a browse around and finally decided on a sofa. She went through the Sale, covering every detail.
Sam was extremely helpful, friendly and down to earth. She obviously enjoyed her job! We await delivery of our sofa in the next 6 weeks or so.
We'll definitely buy from this store again.

Great Coffee, Great Service, Great Sofa!
I had such a lovely experience at DFS from start to finish. The whole process was so relaxed, stress-free and enjoyable. Sam, who looked after me, was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect sofa without any hard sell.
The complimentary coffee was a really nice touch too (and surprisingly delicious!).
Fantastic customer service, a great showroom and a genuinely enjoyable experience.
Thanks again to Sam for making everything so easy. I’d definitely recommend DFS and will happily shop there again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
