Service was wonderful from start to finish. We had an afternoon flight leaving Southend and had never flown out of Southend before so I booked the parking originally to arrive at 9am not realising Southend airport closes for a few hours after the early morning flights leave. The guys at Purple/Diamond parking called me to inform me that they wouldn't be open for when I was originally due to arrive because of this reason. This helped me massively because I would have been waiting outside their gate for a few hours.

Then on our return we had the last flight coming back into Southend, we couldn't get on the first transfer back to pick our car up because it was too busy. We had two very tired children but they assured us they would be back very quickly to collect us. They arrived back within minutes and when I got back to my car, they had started our car already and put the heaters on so we weren't having to wait for our car to demist on a very foggy night.

Excellent service and I can't rate the guys who work at Purple/Diamond parking at Southend highly enough. Very professional and go out of their way to provide a wonderful service. Providing this service has encouraged me to fly out of Southend more often for trips away.

Easy to find .great staff very friendly and helpful. It’s about a 5 minute shuttle drive to the airport . Very satisfied with the pickup from the airport. Definitely use again when flying from Southend.

I have used the Meet & Greet parking at Bristol for many years and they have been perfect every time. Spot on time meeting, greet within 5/10 minutes on return. The prices are very good, easy to book on line and great staff, very helpful and polite. I have no problem recommending them.

Great experience with Diamond fast transfer to and from the airport friendly staff. Only gripe I have is I needed to park my car myself due to way my car locks still don't really understand why it is so much extra to do so when staff don't need to move my car? Will be using them again 5 stars.

Very well organisms, fast transfer. The only criticism that the car was very dirty after a week.

Absolutely faultless process from the minute we arrived on site, after a small satnav detour in the dark, friendly welcome, simple key handover and short transfer to the airport.
Return flight was slightly delayed but our trusty driver was waiting to shuttle everyone back to their cars as quickly as possible which was much appreciated.
Will definitely be using again!

My review is based on my return.
My return was to Southend Airport and I had some delays in getting to the shuttle bus shelter stop. Scanned the QR code and within 10 minutes the bus came and as I was the final passenger to be picked up, it was an exclusive run just for me.
This was massively appreciated.
The driver was amazing in his service. Just a kind gentleman who clearly enjoyed his work and proud to be working with his team and for his employer.

My short journey back to the airport was filled full of feel good stories and appreciation for his company.

The professionalism, the empathy and connection to the customer was second to none.

Should I use Southend airport again, these guys will be a big reason as to why.

very easy to book, helpful postcode and guide, drop off and travel to airport was simple and streight forward with minimal time delay. Return was even easier even though we were over a hour late landing the coach was in the pre described spot in the car park. I would certainly use this company again.

Just returned from my holiday and what an amazing service from start to finish. So easy to drop off you car and about 3/4 min shuttle to the airport and shuttle was actually waiting on the way back for everyone. 100% best airport parking experience ive had by far. I will be booking again for next year and definitely recommend for others to do the same.

Quick and easy check-in process, quick transfer to terminal, instructions for return explained clearly. On my return, the process was just as efficient...quick, easy transfer from airport, quick return of keys with location of car...which was conveniently parked in a close bay for easy collection. Thank you Purple Parking...I would recommend to friends and would be happy to use again.

We were taken straight to the airport by bus after checking in and a driver was waiting for us on the airport car park when we returned. It couldn't have been more straight forward!

Everything was just perfect, starting with the price - easy to find the place.
Staff very polite and helpful. Everything was on time / dropping us off and picking us up!

I recently used Purple parking at Southend, as I was flying to Jersey. I used similar companies at other airport locations, but this out weighed them all. It was professional, easy, polite & an all round great service. The driver that was waiting in the car park at the airport , was chirpy, helpful & had good energy. Would definitely use Purple parking again.

Stress free parking, very close to Southend airport. I was nervous using this parking site the first time as we’d had an awful experience with an off site car park at Luton, but nothing to fear, these guys are total professionals. When we arrived in the early hours of the morning, the lovely man was there to take our keys and drop us off at the airport in a minibus which took about 5 minutes. When we arrived back, the mini bus was there waiting for us as was our car which had been moved closer to where we were dropped off which was great. You give the company your flight details and they check your flight for any delays. This is the second time we’ve used this car parking service and each time it’s been 10/10 for ease of use, the nicest, friendliest staff and just all round brilliant service. We used our Tesco club card vouchers to pay for the parking which made it even better. Thank you to the lovely staff who work here, they are so clear in what to do on arrival back and are absolutely top people!
