Great communication and excellent customer service

Very quick response, amazing ring, and great customer service!

When I made my order, I was given an estimated date of delivery. That date had changed by the time I received email confirmation.

Further to this, my order was delayed again without further notification, and on order tracking, with no reschedule date displayed, it prompted me to reach out to the seller for a status update.

If an order is delayed, I expect to be notified directly, I shouldnt have to find this out through order tracking, and have to jump through hoops to be informed of a company's shortcomings.

The company only contacted me in response after my order arrived, advising that my email to their provided contact email address had initially been directed to a "spam" folder. The email was generic in form, and while it included a "sincere apology," no form of redress was offered for the experience.

The piece I bought - a pendant- is indeed beautiful. However, he silver chain provided alongside the pendant is far too short, as if it is designed for a child's proportions, and we have had to purchase a silver chain extender separately. I have not brought this up with the seller because I am not confident in dealing with them further.

It is unlikely I will be a repeat customer.

The journey to find just the right ring has taken years. My wife was unable to find the design she had been envisioning. It wasn’t until I accidentally discovered Diamondere while doing a search for custom designed rings.
We sent a picture of a ring my wife created using AI to see if it was possible for them to turn her vision into reality. I wasn’t exactly keeping track but I think in less than 3 days I received a design matching my wife’s vision along with a firm quote that included free engraving.
My wife took one look at the proposal and we both agreed our search was over!! Roughly 2 weeks later she’s wearing the ring and we could not be happier.
Diamondere’s customer service, communication and process is exemplary and the final product exceeded out expectations. I’d give Diamondere a “5 Diamond” rating!

This is my second purchase from Diamondere. First, they are incredibly prompt with correspondence and with pleasant personal notes included that give you a warm impression.

My most recent purchase needed to be expedited for a birthday gift for which I was unable to give more notice to Diamondere. Incredibly, the Diamondere team took that challenge and made it happen. The Sapphire earrings were gorgeous and I couldn't be more complementary to the artisan and the logistics team that made this difficult turnaround order happen. Great customer service, they went out of their way to make sure I found the perfect ring! Shipping was quick and my ring is beautiful!

I didn't realize at first that I would need to sign for the delivery. I totally understand but was not prepared so missed the first delivery date. I made arrangements for the following delivery so someone was there to sign.

Diamondere has always been helpful and very responsive. I have dealt with them 3 different times for 3 separate transactions and they have been great. the most recent time I had reached out to them about a custom wedding band that matches my engagement ring. They designed it, sent me a mock up, and created the most beautiful ring ever. I have and would recommend them to anyone I know!

Awful customer service both from the .co.uk and .com sites. I reached out to them on the 28th of July and the 3rd of August through their contact us on the UK version of their site

"Please Email Us At: contactus at diamondere.co.uk

Our best method of communication. Guaranteed response within 24 hours."

And am still awaiting a response (their phone number doesn't work either btw). I then attempted to make contact us on the .com site;

"Please email us at contactus at diamondere.com - a response within 24 hours is guaranteed"

The email I sent to the .com site was sent on the 4th of August and again I am still awaiting a response (it is now the 10th of August).

On top of this I have also tried to make contact with them via their business page on Facebook and as you may guessed, there is no response.

Right now (10th of August 2026) I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs as their "guarantees" do not seem to be worth the pixels they are written on and as such I would imagine the same goes for the alleged warranties and quality of their products.

P.S. I had to remove the @ symbol and replace with "at" as otherwise I am unable to post their contact details I used.
