Diamonds Direct gave me the perfect experience for getting an engagement ring for my fiancée and then the same, stellar experience in getting the wedding band for her as well.

I worked directly with Mac at the Raleigh, NC location and Mac was hands down the best, most real person I could've asked for. At other places I shopped around at, I was met with the pressure to purchase right then and there without looking around. With Mac, there was no pressure to make a decision because she was so confident they could provide exactly what I was looking for. I ended up walking out that day with a ring purchased. The service was so astounding that we will be using Mac and DD as our main jeweler moving forward.

Mrs. Mac is literally the greatest! I had 0 experience or knowledge about engagement rings and the wedding process in terms of jewelry in general. When I reached out to make an appointment, Mrs. Mac was with me every step of the way. She is patient. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She made the whole process feel like I had complete ownership over every decision. She gave suggestions but was never overbearing in any way. Her excitement and passion in what she does rubbed off on me and made my process the best experience I could ask for. My fiancee couldn't wait to meet Mrs. Mac after I told her about how I picked her engagement ring. It was a no brainer who we would work with in choosing our wedding bands. We feel as if Mrs. Mac is a special part of our wedding process and that speaks to her friendliness and report she builds. 10/10 every time I met with her!

I went in not really looking for anything specific. Zac Rumor was very helpful and i eventually did decide on a diamond bracelet. After purchasing i did notice that there was a discrepancy on the price. When I brought this up to Zac he was very helpful in making sure that any discrepancy was quickly resolved. In addition, the bracelet was too large for my wrist. Zac had the bracelet adjusted and had earrings made for me at no additional cost. I would definitely work with Zac again in the future.

Kimary Bourret was an absolute blessing! She was able to get an engagement rent for my fiancé resized in less than a day! What an absolute asset to not only this location but the company in general. She deserves all the praise in the world!

A special thank you to Haleigh, Shelly and Bryan for making our experience at Diamonds Direct wonderful! When we first arrived, Haliegh gave us a tour of the store and learned about all the different jewelry available. Shelly was very friendly and knowledgeable; she answered all my questions about diamonds! So happy Shelly helped me find the diamond and setting that I have been looking for a long time. And to spoil me more, Bryan sized my ring the very same day!!! I had so much fun! My husband and I will definitely shop at Diamonds Direct for all our jewelry in the future. Great experience buying engagement ring and wedding band from this store! Natalie, Kevin and Tamir have been very helpful and patient with us. They answered all our questions and helped us pick the best diamond for our budget.

What a beautiful store with kind and helpful people. I went in to add diamonds to a pair of pearl earrings missing the stones. Amanda was so helpful, suggesting use of a pair of small diamond studs rather than waiting for loose stones. This idea saved me $200 and the earrings were ready before the end of the day! They’re beautiful and I’m happy about the entire experience.

I worked with Ginny - she was personable, asked all the right questions - sent all the best link options over for what I was looking for and within my budget. My husband bought my eternity band and diamond with diamonds on the side to match eternity band here in 2017. We have brought it in to have them clean it every once in a while. However, on our recent visit Monday, St. Patrick’s Day we were greeted by a lady with a beautiful smile who took a chain of mine that was a gift years ago from Underwood’s and the clasp was flimsy and starting to break. She showed us a new clasp and told us it will be ready in a couple weeks. Thank goodness it didn’t break while wearing it or I would have lost my beautiful diamond. As she was writing our receipt she offered to clean my wedding band and buff it and I could come back in two hours but I waited until the next day and she was there and ran right over to me remembered me! Excellent customer service and once again impressed with this store. Alessandra was her name and definitely an asset to your company.

Our experience with Wendy Apodaca at the San Antonio store was nothing but outstanding. Wendy is professional, friendly, was not pushy and listened to all of our wants and needs. We were there for a very special "purchase" and Wendy was there to accommodate us every step of the way. We would highly recommend that you see Wendy at Diamonds Direct for all of your jewelry needs. I had the most wonderful experience at Diamonds Direct. Maddy helped me redesign my wedding band and diamond engagement ring. She was so helpful and really listened to me carefully and offered great advice and took so much time with me. She even had her designer do a wax rendering and I could try it on!!! Didn’t know that was possible!!! We texted back and forth and she is like part of our family now!! I highly recommend Diamonds Direct, ask for Maddy!!!❤️

I want to start of by saying my wife is usually not one to be surprised, however Rachael made both my wife and I speechless. Rachael was amazing from our first interaction, she was patient with me as I wasn’t sure how I wanted to surprise my wife for our upcoming anniversary. After some back and forth Rachael found the perfect diamond to upgrade my wife’s ring. Rachael was able to look up the size of the original ring, find the same style ring and the perfect diamond to celebrate our union and the family we have built (3 beautiful girls).

Rachael, was amazing, communication and attention, and expertise was great. I told my wife we were going to get her rings appraised for insurance, Rachael welcomed us and walk us through and took the rings to get cleaned. Rachael bought out her upgrade ring and she was very much amazed at the diamond select, color was amazing. Thank you very much Rachael for making my wife feel special, and making both Valentine’s Day and our upcoming anniversary special.

We made a large purchase of vacuum cups and the height would not work with our set up. We returned the cups for credit. Diamond Direct took the cups back Inspected the cups and never issued the 6000.00 credit. three years later they sent me a few hundred dollars in product and are now ghosting me again. They will sell you stuff but God Forbid you need a return credit. Screwed us for 4500.00

We took two rings in to request work done, one we purchased at Diamonds Direct for resize and one we already owned but brought in for repair. Their service representative, Kimary Bourett, took amazing care of us from the first time we walked in until she personally called us to let us know the work was complete and the rings were ready for pick up. She was courteous and professional and took wonderful care of us. Thank you, Kimary!

But they are actually 5C's. The fifth C is for Confidence. You want to shop at an honest and reputable business.

Diamond Direct is the place, the whole staff was great, but we had the pleasure to deal with Ms. Laura Powers and Julietta (technician). Laura was able to find the perfect set for my wife engagement ring and Julietta custom fit it perfectly.

Three of the six prongs of my wife original diamond broke, they were so kind to make a new set of prongs and set the diamond free of charge! (easy $150-$200 job).

Diamond Direct has large selection of diamonds in store and online, but the customer service and prices placed them way ahead of the competition.

Just moved to the area 3 1/2 years ago and wasn’t sure who to trust with my diamond. My setting broke, for the second time, and wasn’t sure whether to repair again or get a new setting. I was nervous than a new setting would not look as good as the broken one Bo took a look at the setting and we can fix it but it will break again. He suggested having a custom one built that looked exactly like the broken one. He took some pictures and sent it to a jeweler who could create it.
It came out beautifully! Who knew? I now have my new ring back and love it!
