Still waiting on my refund. Ordered product, it was cancelled, it's been 2 weeks now no refund

I am not satisfied with the kind of services they have provided.

I wish I discovered TrustPilot before I made a purchase with these guys... My order also never arrived. Shame on you, scammers!

I've purchased a number of iPod accessories from the store. No complains at all.

My husband bought a digitizer online as a Xmas gift to his parents, and was charged on 12/14/2009 with $231.81. Then we went on a 2 weeks trip on 12/18/2009 until 1/2/2010 came back home, still didn't see the digitizer. Then checked email found on 12/20/2009 they send a cancellation email. We called and only got voice mail, email and no reply. Our credit card was charged and paid. I thought I would lost $231.81 but I still called my credit card company, Chase, surprisedly, they told me they that would take care of it and will refund me in 48 hours. What a relief!! Chase is great!! For those of you haven't called your credit company, call them and you have a good chance to get your money back!!

I hope for those who are thinking about buy anything from DigitLook will read my story, DO NOT BUY!!

On 11/23/2009 I placed my order I payed an extra $28.73 for a FEDEX - 2ND DAY delivery. I never got a Conformation on when my shipment was sent I tried emailing them calling and got no answer.It's now Dec 28, I got a email last week saying my order was canceled but still no refund I'v reported the company to B.B.B,The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) If you have been screwed by this jerk please report it

I ordered a product and my credit card was charged. The order was cancelled and me credit card was never refunded.

Wish i had read these reviews prior to ordering from Digitlook. Company took my Christmas order, charged my credit card, and than sent me an email canceling the order a few days later. No explanation, no customer service - voice messages unanswered.
Am now battling w/ CC company to reverse charges

Stay away from these scumbags!!!!

I wish i would have seen these reviews before i ordered. I am going to my state Police Post and filing fraud charges against them on MOnday

Ordered merchandise online for $278 with no problem, instant payment via PayPal (the only form of payment they accept). Confirmation email received, but that was the end of it. Never heard again. Tried contacting them by phone and email numerous times, but no answer and no reply. Finally opened a PayPal dispute, escalated to claim, finally resolved in my favor when Digitlook failed to reply to PayPal within 10 days as required. Claim decided in my favor by PayPal, but Digitlook only had $125 in their account, so that's all PayPal could return to me. I'm now simply screwed by Digitlook and PayPal for the remaining $153.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST!

Don't use PayPal if you have a credit card alternative, and don't expect PayPal to "guarantee" your payment if it's not through eBay but instead used for this kind of 3rd-party payment. You'll just get screwed like I did, even though Digitlook is obviously a criminal thief and should be in jail.

Noticed that they also did not reply to BBB in Illinois, per a omplaint against them there.

There is one guy called Leo who runs this company, he is a scam artist, I ordered my product and and 3 days later after I sent an e-mail I'm told it's backordered and will be shipped in 1 week. It never gets shipped, then after more e-mails it mysteriously gets voided and I'm told a refund has been issued. I never received a refund!

Reported to various agencies.

I have reported this company to many different agencies. They steal from the public. They advertise some of the lowest prices you can find. Then, they take your money immediately, by Paypal only, and then never send the product. They do not answer e-mails nor do they return your calls.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered my items and didn't received them. They didn't response for my emails and phone calls. Don't buy here!!!

I ordered my item which functioned poorly and wasn't as described and now they won't respond to my e-mails requesting a return. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE LEGIT!!!
