Brought two products as a gift and I'm highly dissatisfied.

The statue/ head man is not solar powered even though it says it is and is falling apart.

The rusty blue flower decoration again has no light or solar powered. On top of that the paint it coming off, it's scratch and bent !!!

Both of these products are extremely poor quality and not fit for purpose or as advertised.

Their nonexistent customer care is the same quality as the products SHOCKING.

Ordered something, they sent the wrong item. Have emailed and called numerous times. No response. Terrible site. Don’t use.

Ordered my daughter a Fidget Ring which came with a card explaining what the ring was for and to tell her how proud I am of her. The ring took ages to come and when it did arrive, there was no card. Had to explain to her what the ring was for and tell her how proud of her I am. It spoilt the moment. Wouldn't order from here again

I ordered a 7 day aluminium pill case on 20/06/2024. On 21/06/2024, I received a shipping update with an invalid Hermes tracking number. I therefore emailed Customer Service and left a voicemail on the Gifgaf mobile number to which I received no replies like the other reviewers. I kicked myself for having been scammed and thought that I would have to ask my credit card company for a refund. However, on 10/07/2024, I received the pill case by Royal Mail with the return address of LE67 1TU. I am happy with the product because it is as described on the website. I only gave three stars because of the non existent customer service, the dishonesty of giving an invalid Hermes tracking number and failure to answer the Trustpilot reviews.

Bought a wooden dog and girl that I'm very pleased with looks like it should and at a bargain price so all happy although it took three weeks to arrive and I have emailed customer service twice to no replies ( just a thought maybe place a estimated arrival or shipping time on the checkout to avoid problems also answer your emails ? It's not that hard but all happy now two stars removed for communication and lengthy wait

Do not buy from them this should not be allowed no items received and can’t get hold of them. I’ve notified the bank and they are looking into it. This should not be allowed the site should be shut down.

Same as the previous reviews! Returned to UK address payed via klarna so thought it would be legitimate, refund refused proof of return etc pics ignored!! They blank your emails complaints ,,gif gaf voicemail for the contact number provided ,had to raise a complaint with klarna that they shouldn't be affiliated with a scam company ,awaiting a response ....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Update - klarna raised an investigation and complaint on my behalf thankfully

Funnily enough they issued a response within a few hours, acknowledgement of my return ! And full refund issued, without raising it with klarna I would be still waiting ...avoid at all costs !

Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Do not order from these people.
When my order eventually arrived it was such poor quality I returned it. When no refund received I chased them and they told me I had to return it to China!!
The enclosed shipping note gave an address in the UK. Still awaiting refund.

Ordered a light up letter M. The photo was a beautiful Resin dried pink rose flowered transparent letter. Chunky design absolutely stunning. This was for a birthday present.
When it eventually came I couldn’t believe my eyes. I received a letter M that had cheap looking wild flowers. It was half the size and didn’t stand up in its own. I paid in total £23 including delivery. When I emailed they said I could sent it back. I would have to pay the cost to return. Or I could keep it and they would refund me 50%. PLEASE PLEASE Don’t order from this company they are scamming us!!

Well teach me a lesson to read reviews in future.

Ordered two weeks ago and still waiting. If it arrives it’s a bonus, appalling service.

I read the reviews on here after I’d ordered shoes from this company. They were so bad I thought I had better just wave goodbye to my money. It was not the case. I ordered on 21st May and received my order on 3rd of June. Coming from China that was very good I thought. The tracking for the order was excellent. Updated every day. I’m very pleased with my purchase and cannot criticise at all.

Terrible service.
I didn’t receive my item despite chasing.
I asked for a refund and I was simply told to check with my neighbours (not received) or take it up with the post office. I never received anything to say they had even attempted to deliver the item so had nothing to go to the post office with !

If I could leave no stars I would, totally colour blind this company and the quality is shocking avoid like the plague, no reply from emails, says UK but it’s from China, pure crap

Ordered a mobile phone charger cable late delivery when connected to my I Phone would not charge and phone gave message liquid in cable remove to avoid damage
Sent several emails and NO reply will NOT order from this bunch again!!!

Like everybody else’s review - don’t order anything from this bunch of con merchants. I could kick myself for not doing any research before placing an order with them. Confirmation email received with tracking number that doesn’t work. No order received and no response to emails. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

This Bogus fake advertising Company needs a Wide berth.(You are forewarned)
They specifically advertise an Item(LEATHERMAN) then ship fake rubbish from China and expect you to pay for the return,After numerous emails to return item via Customer service.

If only I had read reviews but stupidly I did not.
Ordered Summer sandals. Took a long time to arrive.
Not what I expected for the cost. Made from very thin what looks like plastic material. Ordered my size but they are too big.Cannot return as I am responsible for cost ? what that will be. I will give them away.

I ordered 4 pairs ladies trousers from "dimoohome" I ordered them in 4 different colours for the summer. The order read correctly at my end.

I ordered size 3XL to make sure they would not be too small (I've had so many such disappointments online).

After what seemed a lengthy time, I received 4 pairs trousers - ALL WHITE & all far too small ! YES, 4 pairs of trousers, all far too small and all of them identical in white.

There's been no acknowledgement of my emailed complaint.

Their website does not work (can't log in).

I've written to PayPal and indicated I want a full refund.

After reading the reviews here, I have to ask if we have any buyer protection service in UK. How can this kind of activity be allowed?

Later comment added: now dealing with time consuming Paypal requirements. Dimoohome offered 50% refund which I refused. Now offering 70% refund which I have refused. Its not worth my time, I know, but scammer should not get away with this behaviour.

Item never arrived. When I emailed them they sent a screenshot of tracking 8nfomation saying it was delivered at 4am. Tracking information contained a fictional delivery depot. Request a credit card refund and report fraud

Do not deal with this company - ordered from them some time ago - No product received - No response to emails - tracking system does not work
