100% poor customer service. I am very disappointed with this seller. They sent me damaged item and I am trying to get to them in order to return it back to no avail. The seller provided only mobile phone number which never rings: it’s always in voicemail mode. Please do not buy from this seller, you will regret it if you do as I have regretted.

Keep clear of this company - absolute sham! Need to return goods and sent two e mails and two messages but no reply. I will give them one last chance then get on to my credit card company to reclaim my money. This is the reason I always pay with a credit card or PayPal

First time ordering a ladies jacket not same as website picture badly folded all wrinkles sent in a package smaller than a A4 envelope twice sent email with pictures left voicemail and messages on website to no avail customer avoid this site bad bad customer service

I have given 1 star but actually this company deserves zero. I wish I had read reviews before placing an order. Please do not use this company. After waiting 2 weeks for my order to arrive I was disappointed with the quality of the items I received. Very cheap looking and at least 2 sizes too small. After several emails I finally got a reply and was told I could return the goods at my own expense, to China.

The worse ever company to deal with .. they got my order wrong sending the wrong size and expected me to pay postage to send back and no refund ..

So… it’s been 2 weeks and no delivery, no response to emails and a helpline number that doesn’t pick up. I’m living in hope that my £30 order for insulated lunch boxes does actually arrive….

Like everyone else on here I strongly recommend avoiding this shambolic company. I purchased an item which was damaged. I sent five emails requesting a refund and after threatening them with escalation of my complaint they informed me I had to pay postage to return this item or otherwise keepbit for a 50% refund.

Not the best way to run a business or treat people. Poor quality items, poor customer service and really do need shutting diwnband prevented from serving the people.

I wish I had read these comments before hand, I ordered 4 VIP Seat Belt extenders. They arrived but are of poor quality, Avoid this company there are too many of these rip off companies allowed to advertise. They need taking down in this country.

I put a one star simply because i could not write a review without. I cannot seem to get any answeres from them about tracking my order it was only a small order thankfully but it was for an 80 th birthday. Very dissapointed

I purchased a power washer £56.99 I didn't notice I was purchasing from this company Dimoohome and like everyone else I should not have paid these people a penny they are just a bunch of thieves that steal our money WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO HAVE A WEB SITE AND SELL BUT NOT DELIVER OUR GOODS THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED please do not NOT waste your money on these SCAMMERS . I did not want to give this company a one star because they don’t deserve any stars I placed an order for a blouse when I realised it wouldn’t arrive in time for the occasion I had bought it for I emailed to cancel my order and requested a refund the email was answered three days later telling me the blouse was already on its way but may be delayed due to shipping issues it arrived two weeks later and I was appalled by the poor quality there was a uk return address on the parcel so I returned it the same day it arrived I again requested a refund but was informed that the item needed to be returned to China then why have a uk return address I have still not received a refund and my emails are being ignored this whole process started in May not only have this company kept my money but they also have the blouse to sell on to another unsuspecting customer I think trading standards need to look into this company

Ordered 2x algarve solar lamps costing £60 . The package eventually arrived but there was no lamps or solar panels. The box wasn’t even big enough for there to be solar lamps. Instead I recieved two boxes of scratched metal that didn’t even fit together as the bases were missing. They advised I could return but pay the postage to china . They are not in the uk. I have successfully done a charge back on my credit card after 2 months but avoid!

DIMOOHOME UK, is the VERY VERY WORST company in the world, I paid
£ 62.00 for something that never arrived, NO communication at all.
DO NOT USE THIS RUBBISH COMPANY.
If you do you will be sorry and loose your money.

My one star review is a star too many. DIMOO TELL BAREFACED LIES. They don't send you what you've ordered and paid for. I bought a leather wallet from Dimoo. Description says "The vintage leathers stay true to their nature by being receptive to scratches. With use the wallet will absorb the natural oils of your hands which will allow the wallet to develop a rich and dark color". It is NOT leather, it's cheap thin plastic. After a few weeks, it's coming apart. All the credit card slots are splitting at the corners. No strength in this plastic at all. 3 or 4 weeks use and it's going in the bin. What a piece of junk. Shameful dishonesty. Shameful. Why are they being allowed to trade?

This company must answere to all the people to who they have scammed..They should not and will not get away from the way they conduct there business this manner. No other person can do this, so this needs to be brought to the attention of the business who associate with them ...I don't need to put in my disappointment with these scammers because I have had the same problem as every one of these reviews. I would be very great full for some person to give me the scammers address so that I can have a day out visiting..THANK YOU FOR VIEWING THIS ,SO THAT YOU CAN SEE HOW UPSET I AM..GARY.H...
