DO NOT buy anything from here. I ordered a Liverpool FC advent calendar and what arrived was a joke of a product. Not only did I NOT get what I ordered, but instead was sent a cheaper product the World Cup advent calendar, which has cheap figures in it. When I emailed all week and tried to call ( which goes through to a Giff gaff mobile answering system) complain. I haven’t heard back. Total scam and should be reported to trade descriptions act!!

Ugh. I usually check trustpilot reviews before ordering anything and sadly didn’t this time. Despite ‘.co.uk’ this is another Chinese scam company. Ordered advent calendars in mid November which they have now told me won’t arrive in time for advent. I’ll be lucky if they arrive this year, and as to quality…

DO NOT order off this site took ages to come back could not get hold of anybody and when it came back look like cheap rubbish and nothing like it did on the website

do not use this firm I have ordered with paypal so may get my money back but honestly that wont recompense for seeing my granddaughter disappointment on not receiving her gift

Hand crafted, leather laced wooden heart! Don’t buy this from Dimoo. It’s a total money theft. It’s a flat cheap piece of wood, with a picture stuck on it! The word tat is too good for it. One star is far too good for them.

Wish I had read the reviews about this company. Surprised they are still able to advertise. Had to wait weeks for purchase, tried to contact then to no avail. Did not fit could not find out how to return. Nearly £30.down the drain.

Ordered 4 F1 calenders in September, company took ages to respond to numerous emails asking about there whereabouts, all I got back was please wait.The tracking they provided was at best inadequate and not updated , contacted PayPal end of October who refunded swiftly . Don't bother ordering I'm lucky I used PayPal others may not be so lucky.

Don’t deserve one star but can’t do a review otherwise. So my advice to anyone ordering think carefully then don’t bother , seriously!! as they are meant to be uk clue is in their name but when my horse ( metal) ornament with lights (for a gift) was delivered damaged and scratched badly , substandard in all honesty ,They said I had to return it at my own cost and then said it had to be returned to a foreign destination and then acknowledged it would cost me far too much to return ,more than it’s worth £ 27.98. they mentioned they would give me and offered a reduction but that didn’t transpire either ,they ignored my emails and basically they have ripped me off , the packaging for this was poor basically no packaging around it to protect it in transit and put in a cardboard box loose with no protection at all , so I’m not surprised it arrived damaged , shocking service , cowboys when it comes to customer service and I will be telling everyone I know not to order anything from them , times are hard as it is without merchants like these taking my hard earned cash which my bank also says uk for the payment but how convenient when it’s damaged it’s a foreign country for its return ! Needless to say I won’t be ordering anything from these cowboys again , they clearly have no morals at all if they think it’s right to send an item out loose in a box without protection! Ridiculous. AVOID!!

Disgusting I ordered a calendar when my child opened it had 4 items when should of had 25 so sad and horrible, to treat customers like this the calendar was £20 I put it straight in the bin

been trying to contact dimoo about my package dosen't tell you on the site what state it is were it is or anything I have emailed them to no avail if I new it was going to be this hard I would of gone down another root for purchase my item

Unable to get in contact with Dimoo. Sent numerous emails and left voice messages. Money has gone out of our account, but no goods received! No confirmation of shipping. Confirmed order.

The item we received was poor quality and took ages to arrive. We wanted to return it as were misled by the advert and description. We contacted the customer service email twice but never received a response. We can't return the item or receive a refund without them contacting us. Very unhappy with service and would advise checking the reviews before committing to a purchase.

Absolute rubbish ordered a Harley Davidson clock looks cheap the plastic broke when attempting to assemble the bike that clicks on came right off emailed numerous times about refund and about where my item was originally still not got one response back Christmas present gone down the drain paid £30 odd for it as well do not buy from this website don’t even know where it’s based but it’s an absolute sham

3 weeks ago I made my order. Not heard anything from them to say its even dispatched. Tried to email them twice but they wont go through, tried to email from my other account and went through so guessing they have blocked my email address. £30 wasted on a xmas advent calendar and no item or refund

Trying to return part of my order and have sent 4 emails requesting help to do this over 2 months - NO CONTACT BACK

No contact number to call just an email that isn’t responded to.

Tracking number not recognised, They advertise as a uk company and everything comes from china. You don’t get what you ordered, and zero customer service. It couldn’t possibly be worse!!!!!

I got a power washer through television advertising surely you would have thought they had been vetted its rubbish and I want a refund looks like I will have ask PayPal to reclaim the money
