Only 1 star as can't give zero. Scam do not touch. Orders never arrive, no answer to emails and phone number always goes straight to voicemail. I bought a necklace for a friend who lost her mum. Disgraceful company just theives. Google should block 🚫 😑 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Advertised wrongly. I ordered two lfc advent calendars for my little boys. They never arrived in time and when we did receive something it was not what we had ordered. The products in the advent calendar were all melted and smudged. I only ordered from them as it was a co.uk website but items are from china. I have been advised to send back items but I will have to pay shipping back to china or I can get 30% refund without sending back. Do not order from this website. What a waste of £40

Never received my items lost nearly 70 pounds sent numerous emails no response please read reviews before ordering anything offline as this company needs closing down proper fraud

Ordered my son an LFC advent calendar back in November. He has learning disabilities and is peg fed so perfect for him. Hasn't arrived waste of almost £30. Do not order from them.

Ordered 2 weeks ago nothing arrived. Many times attempted to contact no answer to emails or phone calls don’t order

Appalling quality of 2 resin letters which were ordered (after taking almost 4 weeks to be delivered) - I have emailed several times and cannot get anyone on the phone.

Scammers 😡 ordered an advent calendar 2nd december nothing yet and no update on status

I ordered a personalised advent calendar which arrived late and with the wrong name on it. I have emailed them many times for their return/ refund policy without a response.

If I could give no stars I would.

I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering two resin letter lights, it took quite a while for them to arrive but that wasn't a problem. When the lights arrived the quality was so poor, they edges of each letter were extremely rough & could have cut your hand on them. One of the lights had the on/off switch missing also.
I contacted the company to request a free label to return the items, as I was so disappointed. They advised they do not provide such a thing & that would have to return the lights to an address in CHINA at my own cost & they would then refund me. I have been to the Post Office to enquire how much it would cost to return the lights & it would be between £17 -£21. I advised customer services at dimoohome that this was not satisfactory & they offered me to keep the lights & a 50% refund. I replied that this was unsatisfactory & I wanted a 100% refund & not return. I previously sent photos to them showing the quality in order they can see this a genuine complaint. I am still waiting for a reply & have been chasing with no success.

Scammers, no idea how they're managing to trick people with no consequences at all.

Credit where it is due. Recently I posted 1 star about this company but the goods have now arrived. Ten days late, but they arrived. If they have what you want, order in plenty of time and don’t expect any contact from them / I have had none.

Appalling..product wasn't what I ordered, lfc advent calendar turned out to be an old world cup one.no response from customer service. Quality of item was poor and cheap to be kind. Nasty rubber product amd cant tell who each 1 is.Waste of £25, can get so much better from any other company. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING from this company. They need shutting down as total scam.

Ordered a halloween lego advent calendar, delivered 7 weeks after ordering,customer service not helpful at all. Only 8 were lego characters the rest were tiny plastic pieces like counters that you can't tell who they're supposed to be,really poor quality and disappointing

This seller doesn't deserve a single star! Should have read the reviews first before buying from them. Never received an item, rubbish communication. A month has passed and they are telling me that the item still hasn't been sent. How bloody ridiculous!!!

I ordered two advent calendars and they haven't arrived. I've emailed them twice but not had a single reply.

I have spoken to the bank. If thru don't respond in 25 days then the bank can recall the money after there investigations. Don't let them take your money like that.

Just to let you all know that I have joined the group of people who have been scammed by this firm. No advent calendar, no communication.

Ordered 2 advent calendars 23rd nov, haven’t received anything and no response to emails or phone calls, so disappointed in myself for not checking!
Do not buy anything from this company!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER . based in China nothing looks like the photos and they take weeks to get back to you . I asked for a refund as what i received is absolutely nothing like the photo and was bent . They said they will refund me the full amount if i post it back but i will have to post it myself or they will give 50% refund . So out of pocket either way . What a scam ! They definitely know they’re scamming people !!

Wish I could give zero as 1 out of 5 is too much.
Ordered advent calendar, which came, but instead of 24 minifigures there are little plastic cut outs (not in any way what was shown on images online).
My son was so so disappointed. And I am also furious. As others have said, should have checked for reviews first

Do not buy from here, should have just put my money down a drain ordered an advent on the 11 November and nothing received very unhappy
