I placed an order for a pair of jeans for £34.99, and the quality of the material i received is nowhere near jeans material. There was manufacturer's defects, loose thread everywhere inside and outside, the front stitch is loose.It took almost 3 weeks to show up cos they never said they were shipping from China. I followed the process for the return based on their policy, and I've emailed and attached pictures. It's now been over a week with no acknowledgement of my email or a response. My advise....DO NOT patronise this company.

I'm actually going against the grain of most reviews on here, but thought I would represent my experience...
Order placed ok; next day shipping notification received; then nothing. A week passed, still nothing. I emailed 3 times. Nothing. Called 3 times. No answer. Then out of the blue the order was delivered 10 calendar days after it was ordered (which is actually in line with their standard shipping service detailed on the website of up to 12 working days). Item is exactly as described.
Communications (lack of) is the reason for 3 stars. My experience was not a scam, as others have said, just very poor communications.
So if you do order without reading these reviews first (as I did), then don't panic. Give it 12 working days and your order might just arrive... Good luck!

So the pre lit snowman isn’t prelit nor animated wasted money! They don’t reply to emails or phone calls as phone off, this company should be shut down scam scam scam

BE AWARE - recently bought a quirky mug £25 from this company - it arrived in good time but was completely smashed - so far no luck with trying to get a response from the company - I’ve tried emailing and phoning…..I stupidly did not read the reviews first otherwise I would not have given this company my money but I’m equally angry that Google lets these companies advertise through them… by the way I wouldn’t give a star only you have to give something

Despite being a UK company, nowhere when you are buying the product does it say it will be shipped from China. It took 3 weeks for the product to arrive - way too late for Christmas - very disappointing.
However, there was tracking to follow and the garlic press did eventually arrive. Will never use website again and would caution others against it if you can find items elsewhere.

Bought an item from them which turned out to be totally not as photos or description on the website. They also posted it a week late so did not arrive in time for Xmas. I'm trying to contact them and they are not responding at all.

DO NOT BUY - IT’S A SCAM I very rarely leave reviews but this seller is so appalling I wanted to hopefully spare someone else from making the same mistake. I ordered what were advertised as 2 diy mosaic kits which I hoped would be nice stocking fillers. They did not arrive in time for Christmas but when they did arrive they were simply cheap ready made acrylic decorations with none of the items listed to make your own mosaic. I was going to complain but after reading these other reviews I’m just going to accept it as one of life’s lessons.

Ordered before xmas messaged them no response to calendar received to date . DO NOT USE .

TBF I thought I was going to be posting a bad review but apart from the slow journey from the supplier the 3 items have arrived today and are all very satisfactory. At first I couldn't find a way to track the item but clicked on the tracking number which opened an accurate tracker. Ordered 8th December so a bit of a delay but will need to take this into consideration if ordering again.reading these posts terrified me.. very happy outcome in the end

Scam. Takes photos of original goods and prints them onto cheap acrylic. Absolute garbage

The boots took a long time to arrive. In fact we thought they weren't coming.
When they did arrive they were really nice and well made. My friend absolutely loves them.

Received 2 birds ( very late) which were meant to be coloured glass but just looked like someone had stuck a transfer on some plastic- awful!

Total and utter disappointment.. The mug advertised is totally different from the one that arrived...see pics attached. Have messaged 7 times for refund and to return...no response. Angry does not cover how disappointed I am. Just another con from a dodgy site.

Advertised wrongly. I ordered two lfc advent calendars for my little boys. They never arrived in time and when we did receive something it was not what we had ordered. The products in the advent calendar were all melted and smudged. I only ordered from them as it was a co.uk website but items are from china. I have been advised to send back items but I will have to pay shipping back to china or I can get 30% refund without sending back. Do not order from this website. What a waste of £40
