AVOID!
Didn't receive my order which was a surprise present for a family member who'd just had an operation.
Despite emailing the company many times they never replied!

ordered in November its now nearly march and no sign of my order , I've emailed every week and received only one response saying its on its way .

Scammers, don't go anywhere near them! Eventually received product only for it to be the wrong one. Cannot get hold of customer services. Wish I'd seen the Trustpilot reviews sooner.

Scammers do not use. Illegally advertised, using pictures of a different product, and mislabelled the actual product sent in a picture on its own using the wrong dimensions, completely tricking customers. The product sent is completely not fit for purpose. Its 10th Feb, and I emailed their customer services using 'customer at dimoohome.co.uk' on 6th Dec 2024, 24th Dec 2024 and 3rd Feb 2025 and had zero response. Mobile number 07542 507348 on screen goes to a dodgy giffgaff voicemail.

Order not received. Customer service doesn't answer

I know BUYER BEWARE but this was a grim experience. I would have rated it 0 stars if that were possible. The items were not as described and of very low quality. They were supposed to be ceramic and were resin, they were supposed to be wind chimes but there was nothing to chime or catch the wind. They call themselves dimooHOMEUK but they are based in China and simply do not communicate. The website gives a customer support email address to which no-one replies. They say there is a warranty which is meaningless. They do not send a returns form so it's impossible to return anything.

The items I ordered took over two weeks to arrive and when they were delivered, bore absolutely no resemblance to the items I had ordered. On the website the items I ordered were pretty acrylic 3D birds on a branch. What actually arrived were cheap flat metal cut out printed birds! I wouldn’t have paid £1 for these cheap, nasty items!!

I ordered two small items and they have never arrived. Shipping status said returned to sender Incorrectly Addressed yet I have given my full address details. No communication received back from my many emails sent and no phone call back from my Voicemails left.

its not a scam, quite possibly the worst company ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. item took weeks to turn up and when it finally did, it was so small id struggle to put them on my two year old. total waste of time and im now three weeks deep trying to get a refund. do not use!!!!!!!

This is a scam don’t buy from them they take your money and that’s it you will not get anything you ordered from them I didn’t even want to give them a one star

Terrible experience, wish I had checked reviews before. Ordered a Liverpool advent calendar for my son, it took weeks to be delivered. When finally arrived, they have sent the wrong advent calendar. I’ve emailed numerous times requesting a refund and surprise surprise, absolutely no response from them whatsoever. Do not waste your money with this awful company.

Ordered two little lamps in September 2024. Didn't arrive for Christmas, no communication by website, telephone, I may drive to the address given and see whats there.

This company should be removed from any social media

Absolute rubbish company. Ordered 2 glass mosaic kits as Christmas presents….received two bits of Perspex..no kits.
No luck with responses to emails, not answering phone.
I wish I’d read the reviews first…you live and learn.

I recommend you have nothing to do with this company. Their products are rubbish and they're impossible to contact.

A waste of money. Nothing like the picture, very cheaply made and tiny!

Never ever use this company. The items were late. They never answer their emails. The items arrived and the shirts were of an inferior quality. Not even good enough for using as dusters. I am returning them but the site says that sale items are not refunded. What a cheek as you can get refunds for inferior goods. Also try finding an item there that is not discounted.
