I’d give a minus score if I could. I ordered a DIY sunflower mosaic for my friend’s birthday. It looked amazing online and was clearly too good to be true. What arrived, after weeks of waiting despite the depot being down the road from me, was a piece of plastic shaped like a sunflower with no other materials or instructions. I had to check the listing to make sure it wasn’t my mistake. It wasn’t. Since (3 weeks ago) I’ve had no response from them at all via email and their phone line is disconnected. Biggest scammers going! Avoid at all costs

I would have given minus 5 if I could. Do not use this company they are just scammers.
I ordered two Christmas light sets, so far one has turned up. The one that arrived is very poor quality and virtually nothing like the order made.
You cannot get hold of anyone to complain and my email to “customer services” remains unanswered .
This type of seller gives online market places a really bad reputation.
Avoid like the plague ( unless you like to spend your hard earned money buying absolute rubbish, which we will now have to throw in the bin).

Terrible product. I bought math-flash-cards-and-pop-fidget-chart-push-bubble-number-table. On arrival the printed numbers were pealing off and after one use the numbers came off on our fingers.
When I issued a complaint to the service desk, I was offered a 30% refund. After further complaints, I received a 70% refund and kept the product. The other option was a full refund but to pay for a product to be returned to China.
I would never use this company again.

DO NOT BUY - I purchased a cover for my Iphone 14 plus and it does not fit and when i complained and wanted to return it they said the usual stuff about its not worth sending back etc have a discount on something else and keep it!

Falsely advertised kinetic heaters with usb port. There is no usb port on it . E Mailed company several times and no reply. Wish I had checked Trust Pilot before I Wasted my Money.

Like others, this sure offered small diy mosaic kits. I purchased 2, but received a printed piece of acrylic. They have clearly stolen the photos of another seller and made a knock off.

Do not buy from Dimoo Home, they are a complete sham. I ordered a necklace, it never arrived and after engaging with my first email they have since continued to ignore me about a refund. In the last week I have sent them five emails and they simply do not respond. They are nothing but thieves.

Bought a mosaic kit, which had a full description of a mosaic kit included kit list. I received a piece of plastic with design printed on. When I contacted them they offered a 30% refund. Complete scam to keep people's money.

I read description of item carefully and got my sister to read it too as I was wary. We both thought i was ordering stained glass kits. It spoke of having to be careful due to handling small glass pieces and listed all the contents of the kit...which looked like what would be in a stained glass kit. What came was a piece of acrylic with a printed picture on it...it looked awful. I emailed about return...they were happy to give me full refund...but I would have to pay postage...that's good I thought but despite it being sent to me from England I could only get refund if I returned it to China! They offered me 30% refund and keep product..I accepted that and gave product to a charity shop. No sign of refund!

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A 0, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I ORDERED THE PRESSURE WASHER AND PAID $75 DOLLARS FOR IT, NEVER GOT IT THEN THEY SEND A FAKE TRACKING # THROUGH MY KLARNA APP TO TRACK AND THE TRACKING # IS TO AN OLD ABANDONED BUILDING. THISIS SO CRAZY THAT THEY ADVERTISE LIKE THIS AND DONT DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS. I WILL BE SENDING THIS TO KLARNA TO START AND INVESTIGATION TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY BACK. I SHOULD HAVE KNOW SOMETHING WHEN YOU CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE, JUST EMAIL AND THEY NEVER RESPOND. THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR OTHER ON-LINE BUSINESSES BECAUS EPEOPLE WILL NOT TRUST THEM.

Avoid this company, Dimoo Home like the plague, they will take your money, but do not deliver the goods you have ordered. They have ignored three emails & 1 voice message that I sent them in trying to find out where my order is. They give no Tracking Numbers to track your order and I am now left in the dark as to where my order is. Therefore, I have decided to claim my money back through my credit card company

It should be minus 5 stars but 1 is as low as you can go! Purchased an item against my better judgement as I couldnt find this item elsewhere so I tried Dilmoo. Big mistake. I paid for the large size and they sent the smallest size. It was a present so the person tried to contact them twice to request they correct the mistake. No response. I have left 4 phone messages and sent 7 emials and never heard a squeak out of them. AVOID.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. The item I ordered was totally different from what was sent, and also arrived broken. Completely false description on the website of what I was receiving. Have emailed customer services, but going on other people’s experiences, I am not holding out much hope of a response or satisfactory outcome.

Avoid. This company is rubbish. The product they sent was entirely different to what had been ordered. It costs almost as much to return the item to China as what the product cost. This is not a uk company despite their email address.

After inquiring about the delivery, the item finally arrived; however, it was in unacceptable condition. The package was smashed upon arrival, and when we opened it, we found that the item was not what we had ordered. To make matters worse, the items were incomplete — we had ordered decorative dinner plates, but what we received was smashed up standard plates.

We have tried multiple times to contact Dimoohome.co.uk via the phone number provided on their website, but unfortunately, it always goes to voicemail with no response.

Terrible! Item was very different to described and the photo. Tried to contact customer services with no success. Completed the contact forms, nothing back. Called, but it was a Giffgaff VM box. No return address available. Lost money. Do not buy from them.
