Avoid at all costs.
Put registration in, mats came with hole for passenger well.
I sent email explaining my brand new car does not have any hole for car mat fixings on driver passenger well.i also sent pictures to prove this.
Unbelievably they suggested I had a special edition, or mg made a mistake when building it, or I should pull carpet up and see if there is holes for these mats
Paul, says as its bespoke , they cannot be returned, however I explained under consumer act 2015,
Bespoke can be returned ,if they are not as described, fit for purpose.
He don't want to know, so I am going to my bank for a chargeback.
This is a matter of principle.
Worst company I have ever dealt with, wish I checked reviews first!!!!.

Mats poor quality, buy elsewhere, stitching terrible , thin, cheap.

Do not buy. Rubber pro mat arrived STINKING so badly that the delivery driver commented it was giving them a headache. I cannot even judge the quality - no way these mats can go in my car.
When contacted for a refund, I was informed that any option other than the default is 'personalised' and therefore cannot be refunded.

Suffice to say, these mats will need to be thrown away. A total waste of money.

I ordered the mats and chose the one above the basic mat as the site says this was the most popular one. Of course then they ask what heel pad and trim you want because this makes it bespoke which cannot be returned. When ordering they ask for your car reg. When they came firstly very basic quality and do not fit. I sent photos to the company saying they don’t fit. They then asked for my reg number and more photos. As you have probably guessed by now the response was it’s my fault I should have put my reg number in !!! I replied that I am not happy and their response was we are not under any obligation to replace! They will go in the bin and I will buy from a supplier with better reviews (and customer service) Serves me right for not reading the reviews before I purchased.

This is a UK company not US as shown on Trustpilot site.
I found the quality of the mats to be unacceptable- not even as good as mats I had previously purchased from Aldi. The package was not complete as the Velcro pads to ensure the mats were fixed to the floor were missing. I complained and in common with other purchasers was refused a refund as they claimed the mats had been customised, and I was offered a discount of 25% on another purchase - ludicrous as I will never buy from this company again. I was promised the Velcro pads would be sent first class post - needless to say they haven't turned up. I had to give this company one star on the review - I wish there had been a no star option.

Mats didn’t have holes in correct place and they wouldn’t replace or refund, took ages to reply. Awful company!

Arrived on time but very cheap and smelt of burnt rubber.

The age old saying of 'You pay for what you get' is true.... the quality is acceptable but they are a closer fit to a matchbox car than actual car, not even close.....i plugged my reg into the on-line registration finder to select my car and they are way off.....i think Steve from fitting needs sacking immediately, if it wasn't so funny id be pi$$ed right off....

Overall disappointing with the mats. I purchased the so called ‘Prestige’ mats to which they are not. Thinking that I’d go for the mid-range and pay a bit extra, the quality is honestly very poor and more like a cheap mat from anywhere else. I wonder just what the quality of the cheaper mat they sell….maybe cardboard.

It’s a con. They sell cheap mats even though you pay for better. The terms and conditions are worked so you cannot return despite what they say. Won’t get back to your queries. You can either read the bogus reviews on their website or try genuine ones here. Lots of other options. Don’t get conned.

This is the second set of car mats I have bought from this company.
They are a great price, the company keeps you informed of the progress of your order as it goes along, they are made to order.
Quality and look of the mats are fabulous!

Do not use this company! Their car registration search function does not work and they do not accept that errors occur because of this. They also consider everything but the most basic mats to be personalised so use this as another excuse not to give refunds. I found both Paul and Chris to be very rude and unhelpful in my dealing with them.

Rubbish - worst service.
Did not deliver on time. Contacted the company but no apology or lead time available. Ordered rubber got v thin carpet type material instead.
Said it will come with 'clips included for existing BMW fixings' but only got two sticky pads (not enough for one mat, let alone 4). Rubbish customer service. No telephone number. Never use again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Delivery took weeks and the quality of the mats received is absolutely awful.
The carpets are wafer thin and the fittings do not fit correctly! Would have given NO STAR RATING if it was possible to do so.

It’s just turned up , carpet is thinner than a fag paper, also looks like it’s been cut with a bread knife, and no trim fitted on edge

Worst company ever to deal with, ordered a product for the rear floor of my ford transit, waited 3 weeks for the product to arrive before they succumbed to the fact they could not fulfill the order, after repeatedly asking for updates.

Absolutely mind blowing how they are still in business, but judging by these reviews probably not for long.

Absolute waste of money, fits like a glove on the wrong hand, poor quality, no reply from my complaint, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered mats from these and really regretted it!!!
They didn’t fit and when I emailed them they said I had ordered the wrong mats which wasn’t true even sent a screenshot of my order but they just ignored me
I then requested that I return them as they didn’t fit this was also ignored
The quality was extremely poor and even if they had fitted I think they would have been worn out in a couple of weeks

Overall POOR!!!!

Heel pad (which we paid extra for) is not in the right position. I catch my shoe on the edge whilst driving causing a dangerous reduction in pedal control for a split second.

Company isn't interested in any discourse to resolve. No refunds, no partial refund, no replacement with the heel pad moved towards the pedals, just an email to say everyone else is happy with their mats.

Trust pilot score indicates otherwise.
