Replacement hose for Titan washer ordered and delivered within 3 days. Hose is certainly more flexible than original and fittings were perfect fit . Tested the hose and fittings on arrival but await long term useage to determine quality and druablity of hose.

I was very reluctant to buy here because of the reviews. Of course if your buying a £200 pressure washer designed for homes, it’s going to break if your using it everyday as a Detailer. Detailer’s stop being so cheap! Anyway; amazing service, next day delivery in an emergency. WhatsApp support with fittings I need.

Purchased several items from Direct Hoses, wrong hose was sent out and after several weeks still no response from emails regarding getting the hose returned and a replacement sent out. Not good customer service, will certainly not be purchasing from Direct Hoses or recommending them to anyone.

Following this review, I did finally get contacted two weeks later and my issue sorted out, no apologies for the delays or any explanation. Good products, just let down by slack service.

I was recommended Direct hoses by my local auto factors shop. I wanted to modernise my old pressure washer. I emailed pics and got an answer within 24 hours. I was told I'd need a new hose to make connections, but if I could call down they could take a better look. In the end, I bought an adapter to sort out all my issues at half the price. They could have sold me a hose and connecter. I got great service and advice from Marcus. Will definitely deal with these guys again.

First I waited over one month for my order to arrive. I finally received my order and then the hose was broken. Contacted customer service and they told me they would refund or send a replacement. Then after countless emails most of them not being answered and 5 months of waiting I’m still haven’t received a refund or replacement.

I have been emailing directhoses for some help / guidance on how to obtain replacement O rings for a hose that I purchased from them a couple of years ago , I got one reply saying that they would get back to me ,unfortunately they are now ignoring the 3 follow up emails I have sent them for help.
It may only be O rings but CUSTOMER CASE is non existent

Unfortunately delivery took a little longer than usual but I was provided a tracking number and was replied to within a few hours when querying my order

Long handling/shipping time. Slow/no answer on mails or Facebook. When i got my order its Was wrong. They said they would send the right one, but I havent got anything and now thay dont answer. Bad costumer service.

Watch out for this individual.
Ordered a pressure washer hose on eBay when it turned up one end didn't fit on the lance he told me to fit the O rings that came with it to take up the gap well there were no spare O rings and if there were , they would never hold 3000 psi. He then told me to send it back and he would give me an extra couple of meters to cover the cost of postage when the new one is delivered well the new one never arrived and he told me that he'd never received the old hose well he did receive it as I had prof from postage after umpteen emails sent he said that he now had the hose and he would reimburse me . Never did pay me but a big thank you to PayPal for getting it back for me .It took 2 months to sort it but I got there in the end all I can say is good luck if any one deals with him .

I ordered a gun an hose for my pressure washer, got my goods pretty fast and were really exited to use it for the first time, then i tried the first time it was defective.

Got a quick response from one of their co-worker that they will send me a new one. Since they have been quite.

Since that mail I have not succeeded to get ANY answer nor a tracking number of the replacement.

Stay away from them! It is such a scam.

Jeg havde bestilt en ny slang til min højtryksrenser og en "Foam Lance". Varene var som aftalt/forventet. Indpakningen var lidt tynd og der var gået hul på kassen, men varene havde ikke taget skade. Levering efter 7 dage.
