Transformed our Living Room
Although there was a very slight delay in delivery, Direct Tile Warehouse phoned to let me know, told me the day they would arrive, and as promised they did.
As for the tiles they've transformed our living room. It now looks bright and airy and so much bigger than before. We couldn't be happier.

Very poor return arrangements
Good choice and straightforward and prompt online ordering. But the wrong tiles were delivered. Mistakes happen and the correct ones quickly sent but the arrangements for collecting the others for return was a nightmare, due to the freight firms employed and their (bad tempered!) drivers.

We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with the return arrangements for the incorrect tiles. We understand how frustrating it can be when mistakes occur.
We acknowledge that the collection of the incorrect tiles was not as smooth as we would have liked, and we regret any frustration this may have caused. We have contacted our delivery partners to ensure they always have protective wrap when collecting tiles to avoid similar issues.
From our side, we tried to make things right as quickly as possible and have been let down by our freight partners in this instance.
Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope that we can restore your confidence in our services in the future.
We hope you are happy with the tiles and it's good to hear that the rest of the service was satisfactory.

Great service and quality
I only needed a small amount of tiles. However the purchase from start to finish was very smooth with regular communication throughout.
The tiles I bought were the best price I could find across numerous providers and the delivery charge much lower.
I didn’t request a sample so was a bit tentative but that was unnecessary as the tiles are great. The colour and pattern are exactly as shown on the website.
In my experience I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to my friends and family.

Very impressed with the value for money…
Very impressed with the value for money we’ve received from DTW. It was great to be able to visit the showroom and choose tiles without paying over the odds. Tiles are a great quality and were delivered free of charge, quickly and with care. Would definitely use DTW again and recommend them to anyone.

Really pleased with the tiles I bought for kitchen and hall floor from here. Turned up just like the samples, and had really good customer service.
Will probably use this company again next year when helping to redo a bathroom for a family member.

Very good company to deal with
Very good company to deal with. Price was good, delivery was good and customer service was excellent. We had a few tiles with issues and they replaced them straight away. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service, and a good product
Very pleased with the prompt and efficient way in which my orders first for samples, and then full orders of wall and floor tiles were delivered. They were very well packed on a pallet and arrived in excellent condition. They look good in our completed shower room. On the basis of my experience I would happily recommend Direct Tile Warehouse.

800 mm sq slate effect tiles
The large slate effect porcelain tiles look gorgeous! Receiving postal sample before ordering really helpful. I would recommend Direct Tile Warehouse, very friendly and efficient.
Floor finished but still in the midst of decorating, so no photo, sorry.

Lovely range of tiles and had the exact ones we wanted for our new kitchen when all the actual tile shops that you can go into seem to have such boring ranges (all grey and neutral!) We ordered free tile samples beforehand which really helped and then it was easy to order what we wanted. Tiles arrived promptly.

Recommended
I needed approx100sqm of 1200x600 porcelain floor tiles. Limited photo examples on the website for my chosen tile. So I called up the warehouse and asked for some photos to be taken. The Supplier was kind enough to oblige and emailed several photos to me. Also they are very knowledgable and suggested the colour/amount of grout and adhesive.
Delivery was prompt. They also reimbursed me for broken tiles during delivery - make sure you photograph the breakages.

Great service, great tiles - but watch out for the pallet
Ordered 24No. 600 x 600mm square tiles following a tile portion sample received by post. I was telephoned to ask if I could take delivery a few days earlier than previously agreed. Happy to oblige. Not so happy when they arrived on a massively oversize pallet held in place by countless yards of shrink wrapped polythene. Armed with a knife, I asked if I could cut the wrapper and carry the boxes indoors. "Sorry Mate - the pallets yours - and I have to leave it on the footpath outside your gate" was the reply.
I now have to dispose of a large, very heavy, wooden pallet.

We're sorry that you were unhappy with the pallet being left. Our priority is to ensure that our tiles are delivered as carefully as possible to prevent any breakages, and therefore saving any inconvenience for our customers. As couriers such as Parcelforce, DHL etc do not offer any type of insurance when delivering ceramics, the only option open to us is delivery via a pallet service. Even a small amount of tiles would need to be wrapped to help protect the tiles and we do try to keep this to the minimum amount required to secure them.
We are always on the look out for an alternative, but haven't found one as yet!
We hope you're pleased with your tiles, and it's great to hear that the service was great otherwise!
Expensive mistake
Poor communication, many broken tiles, even the courier said they were poorly packed... then they wriggled out of replacing 50% of the broken ones. By the time they asked for more images I had to use the broken ones to prevent the project being held up.

delivery as promised, tiles excellent. really pleased with finished effect.
The only thing was my fault in that I needed one extra tile and that becomes very expensive with £29 delivery charge for a £4 tile - so my advice is over order
