Thank you Direct tile warehouse. We ordered tiles for our bathroom and hall. The service was excellent and staff very helpful. The tiles look superb and we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend to friends.

In general good tile seller, ordered tiles in Sunday and was delivered in Friday. Tile looking good , quality of product is very well. So I would recommend this tile supplier.
Delivery little bit is expensive - £25.

Completely incompetent and judgmental online and customer service.
They gave me the incorrect information about a stock which caused delay in placing the order and wanted to charge extra to get the order delivered to me at the required date.
Will not recommend this company

Renovated our entire bathroom with tiles only from Direct Tile Warehouse (Swansea) & we can honestly say that they were amazing. High quality tiles, great service & delivery was also easy to arrange! Would 100%recommend.

I placed two orders with this store and had no issues the first time however, when it came to putting a top up order through for the same tiles I was extremely shocked by the way this store operates. I needed the tiles to arrive on a Tuesday and was told by the customer service representative when I called up on the Saturday that they would definitely be able to get them to me for that day if I placed the order for the tiles that day. Happy with the fact that they had guaranteed delivery of these tiles for Tuesday, I decided to place the order immediately after the call. On the Tuesday no tiles were delivered, I called up customer service and they were very rude. Saying that it would have been impossible to get them to me for that day. I asked them to listen back to their phone calls and hear that the sales representative had advised me that they could, but they dismissed this. The tiles arrived on Wednesday morning and I have asked to return the tiles as I didn't need them anymore, my fitter had to make use of the wastage of the old tiles in order to finish the job on time. Now Direct Tile Warehouse want to charge me £55 to collect tiles that were only £90. Oh and they also won't refund the delivery! I would highly recommend people to avoid shopping at this store. They pressure people into buying the tiles and purposely make them very hard for people to return them. The customer service is non existent too. If you want good tiles I would recommend places such as Tile Mountain, Tile Crown and Tile Direct.

Received tiles and adhesive, set up to begin tiling only to find adhesive has gone off can’t even move it, date on tub appears to be 2018, waste of time don’t bother

finally received my delivery last week. it came from spain I think. 15 of the tiles were broken and I reported this the day after I received them, which was when they were unpacked. three emails so far and all have been completely ignored.

I have used direct tile warehouse a few times in the past and been really pleased but things went wrong when they supplied the wrong leveling compound for my floor and would have cost us a lot of money to correct if we had not doubled checked before laying. We had to travel back to Swansea the next day to get it replaced which lost me a week because it really requires two people to mix it and lay it fast enough and my friend can only help at weekends and no offer of compensation for my time lost and fuel to correct their mistake... will take mu future business elsewhere
