I have placed order from 01.July.2024, called & emailed many times they are not responding me.

be ware of this website it's totally fake and stealing money from customers.

UPDATE: I sent a further email to the company stating that I had had no response to my delivery inquiries and that I was cancelling my order. The very next day I received confirmation that the order had shipped. It is supposed to arrive after this weekend, so I assume my cancellation email woke them up!

NOTE: My order arrived today, June 10.

I tried to cancel my order after i read all the negative reviews,im glad i didnt my goods were ordered on friday and delivered on tuesday. Excellent, better post than most companies in uk. Even my revolut bank thought they were fradulent and cancelled payment.

Don't order from this sham business! Order placed in early March-order remains unfilled and "company" completely ignores e-mails and text messages inquiring about order status.

Weeks have passed and no order. They don't respond to voicemail messages or emails. This company is a scam.

Placed an order and never received it. Don't bother using this site, no replies to multiple messages. No refund options given. I consider myself lucky that my purchase was under $40. but I that's not the point. Would give negative 5 stars if that was an option. If they would have made an effort to contact me and resolve the issue, I would have posted differently.

Can’t give a zero star wish I could. They took over 300.00 and will not answer emails or phone calls trying to get my money back but don’t have much hope. STAY away from these people. I believe they are scam as-hats.

Never trust them, the order never shipped. Calling several times but no response. They should be banned.

Similar experience to most of the reviews. Ordered and never shipped. Contacted several times with no response. UPDATE: Order arrived about a month and half past the scheduled delivery date.

AVOID DIY PestWarehouse. What they state on their website is not truthful. They do not have good customer service. They are not fast and lack follow up and follow through. Placed an order, and never received it. Called and emailed multiple times with zero communication over almost two weeks. Finally had to contact credit card company too have them handle the chargeback. Save yourself time and buy from someone else. Wish I would have read reviews before buying from DIY PestWarehouse, because the other reviews are NOT good.

I accidentally provided a nonexistent address when I placed an order. The package was returned. I called and immediately was sent to the text. I explained what happened by text and provided the correct shipping address. I also have called and called. I have not heard back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My experience, under order #6797, is identical to the other reviewers. I was told that my "purchase was on its way" and given a USPS tracking number. But USPS' website revealing stated: "Label Created, not yet in system". DIYPestWarehouse is definitely a shady -- and I'm probably being far too kind with the use of this word -- operation.

An unreliable company using the cheapest shipping method humanly possible or not shipping it at all... I never learn my lesson...

Placed an order on Saturday, August 20, 3022 for 1 item. I paid extra for expedited delivery (1-2 business days). I have an ant infestation at a rental property. Any time I spray poison at my properties I use a poison and an insect growth regulator at the same time because that seems to give the best results and it's better to do both at once so I only have to ask tenants to leave the house once instead of twice. My order should have arrived by Tuesday. I told my tenants I'd be spraying on Friday. Late Thursday night I got a text saying the company didn't have the item because it was discontinued. Needless to say I was pretty upset. At the very least they should have offered to ship it overnight since it was important I get it quickly and they waited 2 days after it should have already been delivered to even inform me there was a problem. I'm going to include text message conversation between myself and the employee Jerry.

Jerry: Greetings Hope, this is Jerry from DIYPestWarehouse. You ordered the Nyguard EZ1 from my website. The 8 x 1 ounce bottle is discontinued. The only size the manufacturer is making is the 140 ml size bottle. Can I send that one to you instead?

Me: At what cost? Our order was for 8oz and 140ml is only 4.73oz...so two of them would make it fair. How quickly will it be delivered. We ordered to spray at a rental property with an ant infestation this Friday... And it still hasn't been shipped out. Is the product inside exactly the same? Can it be shipped overnight at the same cost because we picked your company because it offered the fastest delivery of the available options and the product should have arrived no later than Wednesday. The Wednesday arrival time is why we scheduled to have our tenants leave the house Friday during the time we would be spraying. It's very upsetting to find it hadn't even been sent and this is the first we are being contacted regarding this problem.

Jerry: I will just go ahead and cancel your order. The price for the Nyguard 140 ML is $54.50 and I was going to send it to you free of charge. Also Nyguard doesn't even kill ants.

Me: I never asked for my order to be cancelled though you took it upon yourself to make that choice without consulting me. Nothing was offered to even attempt to make this right even though this company is totally at fault for the problem. Saying you were "going to send it for free" as an afterthought once you already cancelled my order is a bit hard to believe since it was only mentioned after you cancelled my order. It's entirely understandable that I be upset given the situation and to be so petty about it and just cancel my order without my consent or doing anything to make it right is not only terrible customer service but also childish and petty. Nyguard doesn't kill anything, it's an insect growth regulator, not a poison. I'm fully aware of that. That's why I use it in conjunction with a separate poison, both of which I have been using on my rental properties for the last 6 years with great success. Doing both on the same day only makes sense so I don't have to ask tenants to leave the property on 2 separate days. I also paid for faster delivery and wasn't contacted about the problem until days after my order should have been delivered. Given that I did pay for faster delivery it's very apparent that getting the order quickly mattered a lot so this entire situation is made much worse by how long it took for anyone to contact me regarding the situation. I've been purchasing all my pest control products, excluding one, for my rental properties from this company for the last 5 years with no problem but after this I doubt I'll do so any longer or continue recommending the company.
