Dkoldies Reviews

Everytime I order from dkoldies, my order arrives on time. It is always what I ordered and it is always worth the wait. Everything I order is in excellent condition, and I will continue to order from dkoldies. The only thing I would like is to have my order filmed, but I understand that they have a lot orders to film.

what a good little company to buy retro recently bought a nes orgingal mario 1 2 3 pack and got it today and works great brings back a whole bunch of memories .
thank you DKoldies

I’ve placed three orders so far. Everything I’ve received has been in good condition, clean and functional. I enjoy watching your videos on YouTube and wish one of my orders would have made the cut! Hopefully a future order will be good enough to film!

I love that there’s a reputable company backing the products they sell. I always feel comfortable purchasing items from here because of the 1 year warranty everything comes with. It literally takes any of the risk out of the equation for the products I purchase. And on top of that. I just get the sense that you guys love what you do and appreciate the customers that enjoy your products.

This is the website I refer family and friends to. This website is very professional and is very caring of it's costumers. Best video game site and staff I've ever had experience with.

Never had a issue that couldn't be solved, always got my items in good condition. The only issue I do have is some games/consoles are a little bit too pricey but other than that I have nothing but great things to say about dkoldies.

They have a lot of great games that you can’t find anywhere else! Quick shipping and product is always in top shape.

They have a great website, easy to navigate, and easy to sort based on your search. They often run sales and offer a great selection of retro games at reasonable prices.

What really sets them apart is the free shipping over quality of the items. Over the last couple of years I have bought several orders of games (cartridges and discs) as well as multiple game systems. Everything comes in perfect condition, and even the cosmetically flawed jtems work great.

In the rare instance I have had an issue, they are quick to respond and provide a resolution quickly and without push back.

I love this site and will keep coming back to them again and again.

Items I've ordered have always arrived in good condition and working well. Sales frequently happen on more well-known retro games as well. A great website to order retro gaming products.

I love ordering through DK oldies always a great experience and great products.

service is great..i like shopping with them. staff is really friendly on every call..keep up the great work

Thier products are always exactly as they advertise. The one time i did have a problem with an order they were easy to contact and quickly fixed my problem.

I always get fast service The only time I've had any kind of problem was with my own mistake. and just wish the game I REALLY want was more affordable. Other than that GREAT SERVICE

Always come fast and sealed with discs in great condition love joey and the crews shorts they film for orders hope to one day see one of mine filmed:)

They deliver on quality and are very responsive to questions. I really like that I can trust them to provide authentic, clean, and high quality refurbished products. They let you choose between cosmetically flawed and good condition products, which is unique and special. Shipping is always fast, prices are good and they reflect the market, and they have an impressive amount of stock.

DKoldies was very quick to respond to my email asking for support on my order! I found my old PS2 cables after placing an order for a PS2 Player Pak, I shot DKoldies an email asking if I could send back the cords for a refund from that portion of the order, but still keep the PS2 console and they were more than happy to! I also ordered two DS games and one Game Boy Advance game and both were clean, authentic and ran smoothly on my handheld consoles! I recommend shopping with them if you want clean authentic games and consoles, thanks DKoldies!

the company is AMAZING! i ordered my stuff and had it within a couple of days. they’re so responsive and professional. i will be using them again and recommending them as well

Super responsive customer service, and amazing game quality. Plus I got it early!
Definitely my new favorite online store

Slow communication, usually 2 days for a reply to an email. Sold an n64 with games and accessories. After I sent off items to them, emails I sent stopped being answered. Today was the 3rd day they've been in possession of my items, and have yet to get a reply of any kind. I was forced to call to find the status of my order. Upon talking with a guy, I learned that the payment to me was screwed up (I sent my PayPal info and they were going to send me a check instead). Maybe buying from the company is better, but I don't recommend selling to them. I did receive my money right away, but even telling the guy I was unhappy with the transaction fell on deaf ears.

This is agreat company to deal with. Their customer service and products are excellent.
