I've been buying from Dollywears for 4 years now. I wait for every new release day and usually order the day they release new stock. Only ever had 2 delay with an order and their customer service was brilliant in fixing the delay. Beautiful clothes, well made.

I’ve bought from Dolly Wears a few times and always loved the clothing and had no problems. This time around there was a fault with two of my items. I emailed customer service and had an initial encouraging reply. However I have received no further communication from them and therefore have no resolution for the faulty clothing. Unfortunately due to the lack of customer service, I will think twice about ordering in the future

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve been left waiting for a resolution, especially as you’ve shopped with us several times before and have always had a positive experience. This certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. We have chased this up for you, and you should now have a response. We really appreciate your previous support and hope we can get this sorted and restore your confidence in shopping with us. 💕

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion caused by the emails you received. Unfortunately, during the final stages of processing your order, we discovered a stock discrepancy which meant the item was no longer available to send. Although a dispatch notification had already been generated, we were unable to fulfil the item and therefore issued you a full refund as soon as this was identified.
We completely understand how disappointing and confusing this must have been, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. 💕
