In the meantime enjoy your "cheap throwaway fashion jewellrey" - as this is exactly how you named it in your last edit, looks like you must like it if you don't want to return it :)

I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed about our marketing strategy. Once someone is signed up, enters in a email marketing chain, and unless you follow or finish a step mentioned on that email, it will keep sending you reminders to finish your purchase. If you have placed your order from another source the email doesn't have from where to know. Therefore it sends you reminders. We would never ever put back items "in your cart" as we can't access your cart. However some things work for certain people, and some not, that's why there is the Unsubscribe button, so please feel free to use it if our marketing bothers you.

Your necklace should not tarnish if you have proper care, we are more than happy to exchange, replace faulty items, but tear and wear is not included on our warranty. And apologies but you don't have from where to know the story of those customers who left a bad review, and with all my respect, this is something what should not be of your concern, let us handle this.

On another note, I'm not sure where have you seen that we mention that our necklaces are handmade? We never said this, unless an item is really handmade.

If is too overpriced please feel free to send it back, we are more than welcome to issue you a full refund :)

Dear Liz,

Hope you are well.

I appreciate you are eager to receive your refund, which will be processed fully soon but I would like to mention that you have returned your item 5 days ago, which was delivered on the weekend, and we are only humans being working as hard as possible to fulfill all our orders and reply all our emails. A little bit of patience and understanding would be much appreciated from your side.

I received your first email on the weekend, which is not even a working day and the second Today, you didn't even provided 24 working hours for me to get back to you before you left us a 1 star review, which I would like to highlight that has a very bad impact of our small business, and by all meaning we are a legitimate company and I would never ever take or keep my customers item or money. Each refund and email is processed in a date order and while I try my best to get back to my customers as fast as possible, sometimes in busy periods ( like it was the black friday weekend) it may take a bit longer.

I would like to mention that when you shop from any high end brands they take a minimum of 14 days to process refunds, therefore your 1 star review was very inappropriate and rushed. I would kindly ask you to remove that as soon as you have received your refund.

I appreciate your willingness to cooperate and your understanding towards a small business.

Your refund will be processed on your original payment method and it will reach you in a few working days, so your patience is again appreciated, you will receive a separate email about it.
