Terrible company. Badly made, cheap jewellery. My earring broken on the first day. Necklace catch is broken. Tried to email to complain - no response.

Sham company trading off instagram

Very poor customer customer service , emails ignored , necklace received with a very short chain that makes it unbearable to wear . No information on description and cannot review the product to warn others. Unacceptable way to treat the customers , offered to return if chain cannot be exchanged, nothing received back . Will report to Trading Standards
Chain received is close to 40cm without extension
Sent 3 emails to complain and received one back to confirm order was delivered, replied to that one as well and again nothing .
Photo provided for evidence of what I received expecting a replacement chain - refund offered instead .

I’m so happy with my first order! I saw Atlas of Dreams on FB and did a tiny research before ordering. Everything has arrived so quickly and is absolutely gorgeous! The items are divine and the packaging equally so. I ordered a bangle and earrings as gifts, and pull through earrings and the free gift necklace for me, but I’m tempted to keep the other earrings for me as well! I could have ordered so much more, so will definitely be ordering again. I’m so happy I’ve found this wonderful shop 🥰 Thank you!

It was my first time buying from Atlas of dreams and not only is the jewellery I received such good quality and really beautiful but their customer service is excellent. I ordered a gift for my friend's birthdays and they immediately sorted out a small issue and sent it off with quick delivery.

First of all, the jewelleries are absolutely gorgeous.
The packaging is very thoughtful and beautiful.
And the support team is incredible. So, 5 stars all the way.
I can only recommend (I already did) the atlas of dreams and I definitely will buy some more jewellery in the future.

The jewellery is really different I loved the pieces I got all 3. I had an issue with one piece it had become tangled in transit but they were so quick to help I mean really like 5 mins to reply and they’ve sent a replacement piece that day , really great service 5 * buy with confidence they are lovely everyone mentions them when I wear them.

I came across this company through an Instagram ad and, being based in Canada while sending the jewellery to my best friend in the UK, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I honestly have nothing but good things to say!

The team were so responsive whenever I had questions, and I received regular updates about the order and when it was expected to arrive. My friend received it beautifully packaged, and the jewellery itself is absolutely gorgeous and such lovely quality.

It can sometimes feel like a bit of a gamble ordering from a company you’ve never used before, especially from overseas, but I had such a great experience from start to finish. I’d definitely order from them again!

The jewellery is such good quality and so reasonably priced. There was a small problem with one item but within 2 hours of my email it was sorted and a replacement on its way.
Customer service was absolutely fantastic without any hassle at all.
This is my second order with this company and I will certainly be ordering more.

My parcel was delivered and left outside my house subsequently my order we was stolen.
I spoke with Heledd who without hesitation reordered for me and it was delivered the following day.

I ordered a bangle and also got a free gift. Order arrived in lovely packaging and delivery was quick. I’m very happy with my jewellery. Will be back for more as they have such lovely and unique pieces.

I recently ordered from Atlas of Dreams and have to say, the experience went above and beyond what I expected. The pieces themselves are beautiful — and the order even came with a lovely free gift, a gorgeous ring.
There was a small hiccup when a different necklace was packed by mistake, but it's how the company handled it that really won me over. Emma responded immediately and, without hesitation, offered to send the correct necklace right away — on top of the one I'd already received. She made sure it went out with fast delivery, all while they were in the middle of moving locations.
Emma's kindness and care throughout this whole process genuinely blew me away. It's rare to find customer service this attentive and human. My heart goes out to her — thank you for making this such a positive experience.

The design of the ring and free ear-rings are lovely. However, the quality of both are cheap and nasty and not as nice as in the promotional photos. I think, for the price I paid, I could use my money on better quality pieces at lower prices. Sorry. I won't be using this company again.

I received the most beatiful earrings, by far my favourite (luna gold), beautifully packaged and presented. I was so sad when when accidentally fell out and i was met with outstanding customer service, resulting in a replacement and just the most positive experience! So happy with all aspects of the business, definitely a new favourite I'll be buying from them again 😊

The products are beautiful and I’ve been on the receiving end of so many compliments when wearing this gorgeous jewellery - but I also need to comment on the outstanding service they provide whether face to face in the shop or via messages when buying online - it really is special.

This little company had me impressed from the start with its back story and attractive website.
I have made several purchases over the last year or so and been very impressed with the quality of the jewellery and unique designs!
My friends and family are quick to admire and comment on the pieces which has often resulted in extra gift purchases.
There are often good offers and discounts and the customer service is excellent.I have been most impressed with the friendly service and how prompt my E mails are dealt with.

dreams and they replaced my purchase immediately. Lovely personal service in response to my query...others could take example from these guys...well done. Would use again.

Jewellery is beautiful and I would potentially buy from this seller again, dispatch time and communication was delayed on this occasion. However resolved in the end, hence the wellness to try again.

I bought beautiful new earrings for a wedding and unfortunately lost one. I contacted company to see if I could buy a single earring. I received a very prompt reply and a replacement pair was sent out straight away. Best customer service I've ever received. Will def buy again . Thanks do much
