If I could I would give 10 stars. I was gifted some jewellery that wasn't quite my taste in colour but I loved the design. I didn't want to upset the sender so contacted Atlas of Dreams directly. They couldn't have been more helpful and we arranged a swap by post. All correspondence was quickly answered and the whole process was trouble free. Amazing service and thank you to all.

Lovely products, great customer service. There was a slight mistake with my order, contacted and sorted the next day.

I had a pair of earrings delivered but on delivery they were broken. I contacted customer services and although we had problem with our emails, evently I messaged through Facebook messenger (they do recommend that on their website if you have an Outlook or Hotmail account as they seem to have problems with these). They were extremely helpful and arranged for a new pair to be sent. They arrived the next day and were perfect! Beautiful jewellery and I would highly recommend this company!

Beautiful products and great customer service - had a problem with 2 items. I emailed and got a response within 24 hours and an immediate replacement of the items. Really happy with both products and service. Highly recommend.

The earrings I ordered arrived very quickly and were beautiful. I was absolutely gutted to lose one the first time of wearing them (my fault for not using the little plastic stopper). I contacted Atlasofdreams to ask if I should have done so, as the model doesn't show it being on the earrings. Today, I was blown away when a new pair of earrings was sent to me free of charge. I will definitely use the stopper, and I will definitely be buying again from this company. I only had them in a couple of hours, but I had many compliments

I was really impressed with my shopping experience with this brand. I absolutely love the product offering its unique and has charm. The on-site incentives were fantastic and I received 2 free items and free express shipping. The products and packaging were beautiful. I’m incredibly glad to have found this independent brand!

They are beautiful earrings, however I ordered three pairs and wanted to return one as I did not like it as much as the others, as they are still quite expensive, but was refused for hygiene reasons even though unworn. I think they should be sent fully packaged and sealed so they can be returned. It seems they are sent openable probably to prevent people returning them and at £25 for a pair of studs that are ok, this is an expensive lesson

Beautiful jewellery I first saw on line then was thrilled to find they had a store in Chester where I happened to be the next day. When I got there, they didn’t have the exact pair of earrings I had seen on line and really wanted, so they said if I give them an hour they’d make them for me! How wonderful! I was so pleased and grateful. What amazing service! Beautiful earrings, packaged to perfection. Thank you Atlas of Dreams! ❤️

I can’t recommend Atlas highly enough. I was absolutely devastated after losing one of my earrings, which had been a very special gift for my 60th birthday. I contacted them hoping they might be able to help, and their customer service was exceptional from start to finish.

They responded so quickly with kindness, understanding and genuine care, and resolved the situation far better than I ever expected. It’s rare these days to find a company that values its customers the way Atlas does.

The earrings are beautiful, but what really stands out is the outstanding customer service. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people who buy from them. I’ll definitely be recommending Atlas to friends and family and won’t hesitate to shop with them again.

I bought bespoke earrings, plus a matching bracelet and extra earrings, from Atlas of Dreams, Chester, and they’re absolutely gorgeous.  Amazing prices, beautiful quality, fast delivery, and they even included a free ring.  Love supporting a small business that really cares.  Highly recommended.

The necklace I bought for my daughter is perfect. The team are so lovely. When I contacted them to say my dog had chewed up the beautiful box that the necklace came in, they immediately sent a new one. They couldn't have been kinder or quicker. I’ve bought a couple of sets of earrings and absolutely love them. I particularly love the look of the chain earrings they’re so gorgeous and really elongate your neck. Well made with wonderful detail. Packaged beautifully and I even got a free gift with my last order - a really pretty silver ring which was a bonus! I’m definitely going to visit the shop in Chester when I can but had no difficulty at all with the website or ordering. Highly recommend.

I purchased the Andrea Atlas earrings in silver - so many people have commented on them, as they are so lovely and unusual! I had an issue with them falling out a few times and on the 3rd time lost one completely. Atlas of Dreams were hugely helpful after I contacted them to explain that I was disappointed to have lost one - I had not realised that the rubber stoppers that come with the earrings should be worn each time as most earrings nowadays come with both a butterfly and rubber 'bits'. Make sure you wear these to keep them secure - they are too beautiful to loose. Thank you Atlas of Dreams for sorting the issue - really fantastic service. Highly recommend.

I purchased two pairs of earring, as I love their designs, but to be honest I’ve been stung on FB a few times and was initially hesitant to make a purchase. However, I am delighted to report that this is a genuine company who delivered the earring within a few days and they are absolutely beautiful (my daughter also agrees!) the quality of the earrings are excellent and received in lovely packaging. I did make contact with customer services after a wee hiccup and was impressed with their immediate response and action taken.
I would highly recommend this company, not only for their gorgeous jewellery but also their customer service.

Have been waiting 11 days since my order and still no sign of a dispatch. My emails asking for an update or a refund have been ignored.
