I gave Doves Farm 5 stars for the quality and choice of products and for the excellent customer service and communication throughout. I appreciated the 10% off as a new customer. One concern is the quality of the packaging, which definitely needs to be strengthened to support the weight of the flours. The bottom of the box containing my order fell open as the delivery driver placed it in my hallway. An extra layer of cardboard on the bottom inside of the box and extra tape underneath would do the job.

I ordered a bag of flour from this company. It was sent via EVRI but after several confused messages it was marked deliverd to porch but no supporting photo. I have no porch and no parcel. Evri say it is Doves Farm's responsibilty to refund me. Dove's Farm insist I fill in an online form, sign and email back to them. I informed them as an older person I had no idea how to do this and simply cannot do it. So I cannot get my refund as they refuse to give me any other way to apply. Is this a fair way to treat an older person who cannot use the necessary technology?

Well… I love the flour. I buy in bulk to save money, but my last delivery by dpd should have been delivered on a Friday after I changed it from the Tuesday as I wasn’t in and it was raining.
So they delivered on the Tuesday or the Wednesday and left over 20kg of flour outside my house with no note or confirmation of delivery for what I think was 2 days in the rain 🤷 Wessex mills or Dove Farms and DPD all have ignored my emails.

Good price and flour was delivered on time. Also, the delivery driver put it in the boot of my car as requested

Customer service isn’t bad, it doesn’t exist. I contacted CS by phone, was placed on hold for exactly five minutes and the call was rejected, I called back and after exactly five minutes, again the call was rejected. I eventually found an email address via google, that person forwarded my issue to another person, they completely ignored me, a week later I contacted them again - zero response . The order I received was incorrect, no one is interested.
My first and last time I will ever order from this company. I don’t know how they are in business.

Part of my order arrived over a week ago. 16 kg of flour are missing. I have emailed twice and heard nothing back. Whilst the flour is good quality, the customer service needs attention.

Bittersweet experience. I ordered 3 x 1.5kg of breadflour. Upon delivery the package was crushed rendering all packages split and the loss of flour was vast.
Doves farm was very polite and understanding and promptly sent out a replacement batch. However, due to lack of packaging support and cushioning the new order wasn't in good shape.
Doves farm have very good products but I think they need invest in more packaging options to prevent loss of products.

As an amateur, but frequent, baker I appreciate that I can buy the quantities I need (large or small) from such a reliable and prompt supplier. The speciality flour options provide lots of choice too.

Delivery quick.

Ordered 8 bags of flour. Only 4 arrived with a note in the delivery note to say 4 to follow. When I ordered they were all in stock but when I check their website after delivery they are now out of stock. So they are selling more than they have in stock. Already waited 3 working days for delivery and now got to wait in undefined amount of time to get the rest of the order. No email or message to advise they were out of stock - you also have to wait 3 working days for a response from them after using the contact us form. The worst customer service - terrible company.

I bought the product based on the information that it will not cause a spike in blood sugar but found out otherwise

Good variety of flours I especially like the ancient grains that make wonderful bread and both savoury and sweet dishes. The recipes provided on the website are also varied and interesting. Prices are good and there are also good deals to be had at regular intervals. This has been my favourite site for products and recipes for some years and I am happy to recommend.
