From the very first survey through to the completed installation, my experience with DPs Energy has been outstanding.

They took the time to assess my existing system, listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve, and recommended a solution that not only met my needs and budget but significantly improved the performance of my system. Rather than simply trying to sell me new equipment, they upgraded and optimised what I already had, which I really appreciated.

A special mention has to go to Alex Kyriacou, who has been exceptional throughout the entire process. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. He always made himself available to answer my questions, provided honest advice, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for me. Even after the work was completed, Alex has continued to offer support and respond promptly whenever I've needed help. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days.

The installation team were equally impressive. They arrived on time, were professional, polite and respectful of my property, and worked tirelessly through a heatwave without complaint. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy when they finished.

It's easy to see why DPs Energy has such a great reputation. I've already recommended them to family members and friends, and I'll continue to do so with complete confidence. I recently had DPS Energy install 10 solar panels with 9.4kW battery storage solution at my property in the Bolton area. I selected DPS Energy over competing proposals due to their understanding of my exact requirements, the quality of the equipment / warranty and the support they would provide after installation. The sales engineer, Alex Kyriapou, was key to the purchase decision, he was able to answer all my detailed questions and design the solution I wanted to meet my present and future power needs. He has also provided me with great post sales support and takes a real interest in the operation of the system and realisation of its benefit

The installation was very professional, clean and managed with little disturbance. The visibility and control through the phone app is very good indeed. I am confident in getting a shorter payback on my investment than estimated. Really excellent so far.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank DPS Energy and Heating Ltd for the professional way they have designed and organized the recent project carried out on my house. The work included the installation of Hatchu inverter and battery system to be connected to my recently installed solar panels. The work included a bird deterrent which should have been installed at the same time as the solar panels.
The professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail of the staff involved was second to none, from start to the finish of the project and communication was clear throughout.
The on-site installation team was well organized and the quality of the completed work was excellent.
I am delighted with the quality of the products used including the easy-to-use monitoring system and on-line back up support if required.

I’ve just had solar panels and an air pump installed. I was helped through the process by office staff who explained each stage clearly, patiently and without any pressure. The guys who installed the solar panels and particularly the engineer who dealt with the air pump (here for three days) were all hardworking, friendly, professional and cleared the site of any rubbish before they left.
This energy is completely new to me and I was rather unsure what to expect, but with the help and guidance given by DPS I feel confident that I have made the right decision.

DPS did a brilliant job fitting my new boiler.
From the start with Jo in the office who was so friendly and helpful with all my questions, to the engineers who installed the boiler - very professional and cleaned up any mess that was made before they left. My house is now lovely and warm.

Very good experience and top quality work

The chaps who did the loft insulation the boiler change and the electrician were all polite cleaned up as they went along never bothered me atall when finished explaining everything they had done and how things worked also said any problems ring and they come sort it out my son is a service engineer on the gas board even he said the boiler work was exceptional. I’m a retired electrician and what I saw that young chap do was also excellent work the insulation in the loft did not realize the thickness of it around would definitely recomend all these workers absolutely brilliant thank you ps all the office staff I came into contact on phone with were very polite helpful and credit to the firm they work for well done to you all

Excellent Company. Great communications and the different sets of Lads (Cavity wall & Loft insulation & Electrician) . All kept us in the loop as the jobs progressed. And all cleaned and removed any packaging
and took with them. I would highly recommend DPS

Excellent experience from start to finish. All of the staff from the office have been great with me and my family.

Booked a survey after enquiring online, I was told I would need to contribute which was fine. They came out two men who didn't take their shoes off or with covers but were polite. Anyway a day later I got told it's not worth their resources so won't be doing it! Absolute waste of time and when I went back to ask why I got no reply, just a message on WhatsApp saying they won't do it. Ridiculous. I have now had an operation due to cancer and was hoping I'd have this work done soon to help with keeping the house warm etc.

Perfect. All the team at DPS went out of there way to install our air source heat pump and solar panels. The CH system is working so well,ts so nice to come home to a warm house.

Everything as promised fast and excellent work pleased with everything
