Great bed easy to put together once you find the foot end in the head board zipped up. Need to put a note on it that where it is as, thought hadn’t been delivered 🫣

Everything was spot on.

Very knowledgeable staff in the shop when we ordered our new bed. We were given a delivery date that was kept to and the delivery service was excellent together with the installation of our new bed. First class service.

The lady we saw in Dreams was so helpful and really seemed to put herself out to help us out. Offered us a drink, made an excellent deal, better then any internet deal, delivered the mattress on time. Just couldn’t fault them! Fully recommend

The staff in the Basildon shop were very knowledgeable, helpful to point me in the right direction, and make my decision on my purchase of a small double bed. Would certainly recommend and go back for my next purchase.

Mattress is sooo bad we both have back pains now, we did spend lot money on it.
We have brought bed and mattress before so many times in the past, how ever we are very disappointed this time a round.

They live up to their name!

Every single person we came into contact with from walking in to store to delivery was wonderful. They made making a very expensive purchase - a bed frame and two mattresses very simple and stress free. They offered their wealth of knowledge and expertise at every opportunity to make sure we made the right choices for us / the room and got the best out of our purchase. The delivery team were friendly and polite. They kept us up to date on day of delivery, made no mess and even wrapped our old mattresses in plastic for us to dispose of them.

Would definitely return to them again / recommend.

The Dreams experience was perfect. Staff were knowledgeable and listened to our budget. The bed is perfect a dreams own make with springs and memory form. We love it. Delivery was good and mattress is amazing. Firm and of excellent quality. Thank you to everyone at Dreams.

Very good service the staff was excellent

The salesman in the Basildon store, Martin, was remarkably helpful and knowledgeable and patient as we chose our bed. The bed itself too is so comfortable I’ve not slept this well in years!

I would like to thank John Neep of your Basildon Shop. As it was the 1st time buying a new bed on my own. He put me at ease and explained and asked questions so that would have the right bed for me. Secondly the delivery went well and the 2 men were friendly and made it so easy to take away the bed and replacing the new one. I also have to say that the older man found my late husbands ring under the old bed and gave it back to me. I’m so overwhelmed with his honesty and he could have pocketed the ring. I would not have know. So please let him know that I am very grateful to him. Lastly I’m very pleased with my new bed.
