Dreams - Eastleigh Reviews 

We went into Dreams Eastleigh knowing we wanted a new bed, but having absolutely no idea which mattress or setup would actually suit us – and ended up leaving with a king-size bed and mattress thanks to Sam!

He was genuinely lovely – friendly, engaging and with a great sense of humour, which made the whole experience feel relaxed rather than salesy. He spent a lot of time with us, answered all our questions patiently and explained everything clearly and honestly.

The bed simulator was surprisingly helpful and really helped us understand what kind of mattress we actually needed, which made the whole process feel much more confident and personalised.

The staff, in our case Sam especially, were fantastic, but everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, my “posh” coffee was lovely 😊

Overall, a really positive experience and we’re so excited for our new bed to be delivered next week.

The only downside… I didn’t manage to convince my husband to let me get the leopard print bed frame!

The staff were very amazing friendly and helpful, they helped me to find a good bed and a mattress, I never had a bad experience when ever I go to dream to buy beds.

my relation suggested get a tempur mattress this came on time but I wasn't ready for delivery but I took it and set it up myself .I find it comfortable but the quilt is to heavy and I still get a creek in my neck ,I know I fidget alot and im out of bed at least 4 times a night (medical needs due you diabetes) but on the whole im happy but could of done with advice on a base so if you can send some I be happy but I do need to know if I should change my base pillows etc please thank you Marie Frampton

Very good customer service from David and Robert at Eastleigh, right through to the logistics and delivery teams who both messaged and phoned with details of date and proposed timings. Many companies say they'd phone, but never do. Dreams actually did, and the delivery guys were very friendly and helpful.

I was made very welcome by Samuel when I walked into the store . I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and was shown over to the mattresses which I then tried them out . Although expensive it was the best money I spent on a mattress and the best nights sleep I’ve ever had

Great experience, with the great team in Eastleigh as well as the delivery team.

We were greeted promptly at the store and talked through what we wanted . My daughter used their machine to see what would suit her best and then guided by one of the salespeople we tried some mattresses until we found one we liked. We sorted the paperwork and agreed a delivery date. It was all very quick and easy and my daughter says the mattress is extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.

The mattress was on the date promised & the lads are very help full & quick.
I now sleep with out back pain, which has made a big difference to my life ( the back pain will not get any better as i have a damaged my spine a long time ago)
