Great service
Robyn at Dreams Livingston was a great help in assisting us find our new mattress. She wasn’t pushy, shared her knowledge and advised the sleep match machine. Although we didn’t like any of those recommendations she helped us choose one by listening to our needs. We liked that she was honest, knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy, she gave us our space and time to decide. Robyn gave us the best price on our chosen mattress and protector. She sorted out a quick and convenient delivery slot also. We can’t fault her customer service. Would recommend.

10/10 for Scott!
Scott was extremely polite and helpful - he helped us with the type of mattress that was best suited and explained the differences between each of the recommended ones. He was patient and unlike other bed shops we’ve been in, he wasn’t pushy or insistent that we bought something then and there.
As a result of this and his excellent customer service delivery we purchased several items including the mattress that we wanted!

Great service!
Had a great experience in dreams Livingston. Only went in for a look and came out with a new mattress and mattress protector. Didn't feel pressured to purchase anything, the manager was great. He helped me find a bargain knowing I was on a budget and I couldnt miss the deal I was given on my silentnight mattress. Really great customer service and would go back in future.

From start to finish can't recommend…
From start to finish can't recommend Robyn at Livingston enough. If you are buying an Ottoman bed I would highly recommend getting the delivery men assemble for you. We didn't and it took us most of the day.
