Excellent customer service in store by all the staff and also by the delivery team on our second purchase from the Redditch store over the last 2 years
Many thanks to Gemma ,Nicky and Jack for spending time with me to ensure I got the correct bed and mattress for my health needs . Thank you to the extremely professional and friendly team at the Redditch store
Also the delivery team were excellent Ash and Barrington were also so punctual, helpful , polite and respectful of our property when they delivered the bed and mattress , making sure everything was in order before the left

Did the test bed experience, it recommended a certain type of mattress, which initially I was unsure of, I've now had the bed for a few weeks, and it's proved to be beautifully comfortable, I would certainly recommend using Dreams.

Excellent value & good service.
From the moment we stepped through the door Nikki welcomed us & guided us whilst selecting our new bed & mattress. Excellent service & bed & mattress are perfect. So comfortable & the bed looks great.
We had a discount on the bed & added extra pillows & duvet with free delivery. We will definitely recommend Dreams to our family & friends.
The delivery team were very polite & professional, assembled the bed & mattress & asked us to check everything before they left.

Gemma at dreams redditch could not have been more helpful. She literally went out of her way to ensure we received our sofabed for n exactly the day and time it was needed, not in redditch but in London! Very very grateful to her for her kindness and efficiency. The best experience possible!

Great customer service
We experienced great customer service throughout the whole process of purchasing out new bed. Every member of staff we encountered, both in the showroom and during delivery were helpful, knowledgeable, informative and extremely polite. We received all of the regular delivery updates as explained to us at point of purchase and our bed was delivered within the scheduled time slot. We are delighted with our new bed!

Informative, helpful and not pressurised.
Jack was the sales person. Pleasant from the off and maintained his sales approach throughout and not ever pushy. Happy to discuss without prejudice the pros and cons of the different mattresses chosen for us by 'the machine'.
A pleasure to be sold to by him and a good representative for Dreams.

So, have had really uncomfortable sleep on my new Tempur mattress - I hate it! But Dreams have a replacement mattress option for such a situation. Went to see them today and I wil.l have a new mattress shortly, one that moves when I do!!! Very impress with Dreams and their team. Thank you
