Sold my car and Fuzz was sent to collect it. Process was seamless until the purchasing dealer refused the sale. Fuzz was very supportive Despite the situation I could not fault the service I got from him. His communication was fab and let me know every step of the way when he would arrive. I would like to thank him for all he did for me

Après une location à 1 € tout s’est bien passé mais Driiveme n’a pas prélevé 1€ comme d’habitude. Personne ne vous contacte pour régler le problème, vous vous en apercevez quand vous voulez louer à nouveau et que vous êtes bloqué. Impossible de les joindre malgré les mails et appels téléphoniques. À fuir, zéro service

Absolutely atrocious company, sends unqualified drivers to collect cars that don’t appraise properly or take bribes to ignore damage, left me with a crash damaged car and when you try to complain they ignore you. Appalling company

I sold my focus via Carwow and on auction day I was informed that my car had been 'sold' to Hammond cars £500 above the reserve price.
Hammond then contacted me to say they wanted to arrange an AA inspection which took a week to organise. The inspector turned up over 4 hours late! The Carwow collection service was arranged via driive me four days later. The driver David G had to get a train then a bus so turned up late. He then couldn't log into the driive me app but insisted he had to do this to upload more photos and documents. Carwow, Hammond and driive me were no help and completely inflexible regarding alternative options to the app but finally pictures were accepted via WhatsApp. The driver was here for almost 3 hours then I got a call from Hammond trying to knock £150 off the agreed price!
David G was very pleasant throughout but this was the worst car sale experience I have ever had thanks to the difficulties with the driiveme app.

Ceejay turned up on time very polite and highly recommended.

Fuzz came to buy my car this morning and it was a very pleasant and easy process. Did all his checks, spoke to the dealership on my behalf and then once it was completed was on his way. Very friendly and helpful definitely recommend.

Fuzz was a pleasure to deal with today. Very good communication at each stage to let me know where I stood. Made it an easy and stress free process. Would highly recommend!

Rude very persistent while driving to location. Left me stranded when a cancelling a job. They made me go all the way to the location and cancelled the job and a fine. Do not work for them ! They can keep their pennies but they will not take our freedom

The handing over of my car today was seemless, Fuzz it was a pleasure to meet you and your guidance and advice was second to none.
Texting me that the car as arrived safely.
I wish the garage that bought the car was a bit more accommodating.

The man who came to collect the car (Fuzz) was really polite and very professional. Done his job with no fuss or agro. Then company called me on the phone. Confirmed an offer very close to what they had bid and literally had the money in my account within 10 mins!!! That sorted everything apart from the insurance. Got emails confirming all from dvla as well on the same day. Great service and would use again.

Communication was great 😊 and CeeJay was very informative about the process. He was also very positive about DriveMe, Carwow and Fords of Winsford

Une catastrophe. C'est une entreprise à fuir.
J'avais loué une voiture. Lorsque nous sommes allés la chercher, elle a démarré au Booster et normal le gars nous la donne comme ça, et sans plein en prime !
Donc dur de devoir charger une voiture avec une autonomie de 30 kms.
Le lendemain, sans surprise, elle ne démarre pas.
Nous avons du prendre notre propre véhicule et engendrer des frais non prévus à cause de leur gestion calamiteuse.
On gère l'assistance, la voiture est remorquée et depuis plus aucune nouvelle de driiveme. 0 indemnisation !
Par contre je suis relancée pour la facture.
Je réponds bien évidemment par email mais ils ne sont même pas lus car j'ai des relances tous les 15 jours!
0 gestion, 0 service client, une vraie calamité cette entreprise

Ceejay came to collect my car on behalf of a dealership that I sold it to. I must admit I was really nervous about it all, but he was brilliantly reassuring. This was the first car I’ve sold and I wasn’t too sure what it entailed. He talked me through the process and was clear and honest about all the steps. For example, my car had some damage on the side and he warned me that if the dealer didn’t know, it would likely result in a lower price offer (the dealer knew, so we had zero problems). He was efficient and on time, kept me posted about his arrival, and navigated my tricky location with grace. I was surprised to get a notification of delivery, which was also gratefully received, as it gave closure I didn’t know I wanted. I would wholly recommend Driiveme to anyone needing this service and am delighted with Ceejay and his sunny disposition.

Very happy with the delivery of my new car. Michael contacted me the day before with a window when he expected to deliver and kept me up to date on the day with progress. Can't fault the service!

Die App funktioniert sehr gut, die Firma erscheint mir seriös, die Auszahlungen erfolgen zuverlässig und auch die Mitarbeiter habe ich als freundlich und hilfsbereit wahrgenommen.

Die Bezahlung ist jedoch unterirdisch schlecht. Wenn man den Gesamtzeitaufwand inkl. An- und Abreise sowie die damit verbundenen Kosten berücksichtigt, so liegt der Stundenlohn bei ca. 4 - 5 €. Das sind ja quasi sklavenartige Verhältnisse. Ich glaube, niemand erwartet hier, Reichtümer zu erwirtschaften (außer vllt die Eigentümer dieser Plattform - hihi), doch so etwas ist absolut unwürdig. Ich frage mich, wer so etwas macht.

Der einzige Sinn liegt wohl darin, für eine bereits geplante Reise nebenbei etwas Geld zu bekommen.
