I bought a sneaker Locoster since the 18th of December 2025 and I haven't received my order till today on the 5th January 2026... This is total scam, don't do the same mistake as I did💔

I bought nike sneakers 17 dec 2025 and did not receive them, they say there are delays on their side, I asked for a refund. No reply on whatsapp. They are also using another name dripkulture. This is a scam...

big scam, support not answer just a bot.

Can somebody give me the accessible number that i can get hold of them because i have not received my order from last year 14 December.

I order sneakers for my cousin in June and received them. I decided to buy a pair, order number #33541, for myself in July and it’s almost December and still haven’t received them! When i try contacting them they either don’t answer, and their email address is not registered. Today I phoned them just to see if they would respond and finally someone picked up my phone but the where from “SneakerBrothers” and they said they no longer work with the supplier named “Shantel” and he told me to contact her but I informed him I had numerous times. I contacted one of their old numbers and the person who answered stuttered when i asked him about “DripShop”. I asked him do you know the store and he said “ yes then no”. This company is a SCAMMM as they also sell fakes whilst claiming to sell authentic products.It seems that these sneaker suppliers are all working together to SCAM people of their hard worked money. I advise people not buy from them because they don’t meet up to their services!

Dripshop is a scam, my order #33577 has not been delivered till date. I bought 2 x t shirts paid R729 with delivery. I have called them, emailed and messaged on whatsapp as per info on their website. The authorities need to do something about these ppl. Where is my money.

I placed on order on 2 June 2023. They've been making promises on whatsapp but still no delivery and I stay within Gauteng. Taking us for a ride...

Awful customer service fake products falsely advertised

These people made me wait for 18 days to get my sneakers, they sent the wrong ones. I communicated with them but they are making my Dad and i fools.

How is this company still in operation and allowed to rip customers off on a daily basis. Waiting on sneakers I paid for exactly 1 year!!! They change phone numbers, change names and don't respond. When they do respond its the same crap.... What is your order number. I wish SARS, COUNTERFEIT AGENCIES AND THE LAW CAN GET INVOLVED

ordered trainers 9/12/22 cost of £230 e mailed a great deal of times no reply my daughter has to go without this company needs to be held accountable for all the money it has taken off innocent people.

Supplied fake Jordans. I cannot get hold of the manager and arrange a refund. Does anyone know what commercial crime unit I can contact to lay a charge?

So I bought 3pairs of shoes,one pair was incorrect. I contact Richard immediately and was ask to send an email with the complain the email never went through. Incorrect email address. I phoned several time its been a month now and I still have not received my refund. I eventually said I will keep the incorrect pair just refund the difference still didn't get it. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Drip shop.

They are Robbing people and the are scam artist .All the shoes is Fake and customs should arrest them .

I ordered sneaker #22218 online from Dripshop on Saturday, 17 September 2022, and was delivered on Wednesday, 21 September 2022. The delivery I received was the wrong sneaker and I immediately phoned to inform the supplier of the error. I spoke to Richard the Wednesday and Friday 23 September 2022 (twice) who promised that he will investigate and revert to me. Empty promises and the biggest scammers because today 26 September 2022 I phoned again and spoke to Richard who again promised to investigate and will revert. I’ve also sent emails and WhatsApp messages because I needed the sneaker for today 26 September 2022. Now that I’m requesting a refund, Richard told me that I need to ship the sneaker back to them and the Manager is only available on a Friday to sort out the refund. Besides my extra cost to buy another sneaker now, I must still pay for the shipping to return the sneaker and he refuses to arrange the shipping for their side.… people work hard for their money to just go to waste like this. I’m logging the complaint to warn people to be aware and NOT to order from DRIPSHOP.

Only trust takealot for deliveries unfortunately they don't have sneakers we want. Just save enough money to go pta or dbn warehouse to shop yourself very cheap and safe that way. Thank me later👍🏿

Scammers big scammers been sending them messages since the 28th of August untill todays date they keep telling me we busy sorting it out....people work hard for there money to just go to waste like this i hope they get whats coming to them very soon

Hoooo..They even fake delivery trace and track number. Initial track number was untraceable. I share same sentiments,THIEFS. SCARMMERS After several chats incorrect fake order was delivered. Clearly they are criminals, mnx

They first sent the shoes to the wrong location then when they finally arrived they look beat up and fake as well as they were the wrong shoes. Please never buy from them i wish i searched about them before i got shoes from them.
