Great process booking with Jay
Great process booking with Jay, came back after a smooth booking and collection/drop off process last year. Car was not 'nearly new' like the usual names but this suits me and the service was as good if not better.

So the process is quite easy
So the process is quite easy, staff is helpful at the desk and Jay was quick and helpful today on phone, the only thing I don’t like is if I want to book for the whole month I don’t get the same price and because of that I had to come to the Edinburgh airport drivalia centre to return the car every week and then pick up the car which takes time but that’s business I guess and can’t be done anything about it, we always loved the cars we get which are in immaculate condition so yes 4 stars.
