The only downside that disappointed me a bit was learning (or being told) that my promotion codes don't count during Peak Season. However, Janos still managed to apply some discount. So it's all good.

Good prices and helpful service and advice
First time I didn't get a call back so I decided to hold. Answered in about 10 minutes
Jay was very helpful in matching bookings prices made through a third party and explaining the loyalty scheme.
Better direct as can be cancelled until arrival at the desk and no pre-payment.

People can make the difference…
I was looking for a car to hire on a trip back to UK from Spain, I usually use SIXT at Gatwick North, but took a look at the Drivalia Website. A little box popped up and "Jay" asked if I needed help, he was so helpful, polite and clear I decided to use Drivalia for the first time there

Terrible experience. I emailled to change my pick up time, they confirmed via email and then didn't change the time. Came at the wrong time, didn't call me just left, and on top of that was extremely rude when I called to find out whay was going on.
