Great service from Erika and the team at Drive Electric. They found a great price for my new lease, and then couldn't do more to help work through a few problems finalising the lease. Really went above and beyond.

Good experience with Drive Electric. They managed to get me an IX3 for less than originally quoted and called me to say they had a better deal even when I had agreed the inital terms.
Delivered as agreed and seemless experience.

Zero after care
This company has very good sell side customer service. They also got a good lease price for me. Very important to note that they are just an intermediary. if anything goes wrong, like it did for me, you are in the hands of the vehicle supplier. In my case this is Lex Autolease who have treated me with contempt and left me without a car for months.

5 STAR all the way! I have never experienced such great customer service than with DriveElectric. Special thanks to Lovleen, Bradley, Matt, Caspian, Chris and Val. You each go above and beyond and are an absolute credit to this company. The Peugeot we leased 2 years ago was collected by you this morning by a lovely young gentleman and our lovely new Polestar 2 was delivered by midday. Second Car, First Class Service
I've just taken delivery of my second car from DriveElectric. Both times the process was very straightforward, helped by Matt Eade in the sales team. For the second car two years later, there was a bit of a hiccup when Lex Autolease hadn't taken the payment for the deposit on the day they said they would. After an email to DriveElectric and a phone call this was rapidly sorted out by Chris who was most professional and helpful. In fact all of my contacts with staff at this company have been filled with professionalism and efficiency.

Customer support from the outset at Drive Electric (provided by Jac Rushforth, Senior Business Sales Consultant) was brilliant. He explained everything really well, responded to my e-mails/calls very quickly and liaised swiftly with third parties to obtain information where needed. Drive Electric go the extra mile!
I can’t recommend Drive Electric highly enough. Not only is their customer service exemplary, but they go the extra mile. They constantly adapted to my ever changing needs and kept me updated every step of the way. Choosing a car was the hardest bit and the paperwork was straight forward and once again they were on hand to answer any questions and support me through this process. VW ID4 Lease Car
I have been very impressed with my experience with Drive Electric. Having dealt with them for over a year (delays on the car that were to do with VW not Drive Electric) I finally got a date for delivery of my car. VW cancelled the delivery the day before it was due as there was a problem with the car, which was hugely inconvenient. The service from Drive Electric in response to this was really outstanding. Bryony Driver who helped with this issue could not have been more sympathetic and pro active. She kept me really well informed at every stage and helped to move things forward quickly with VW to get the delivery re booked once the car had been sorted out. She was very prompt at replying to any contact or queries from me and kept me updated the whole way through. After the car was delivered she followed up personally to check all was ok and ensured I got all the documents I needed very promptly. I am really grateful for such a caring and thorough approach. My experience with everyone at Drive Electric has been of the same standard. Really impressive customer service at every level.

I always believe in complete honesty. This is review you can 100% trust , the reason being I don’t write reviews, This is the first review I’ve ever written .
I run a very old style business with face to face contact business to business which has been successful for multiple years.
I don’t do instagram, snap chat or any other social media and have only recently discovered WhatsApp
My big thing in business is service, especially after sales service . It’s easy to hide when a problem occurs especially long after the sale
My experience with Erika is someone who is so deeply caring they go that extra mile to try and work through a problem. That actuality doesn’t do her justice to be fair it’s more of a marathon stint she’s putting in , constant phone calls to main dealers , updates and doing more than me as a very demanding individual would expect
Despite my issues with the car which weren’t mine , Drive Electric or even the main dealers fault I’d certainly lease my next vehicle from them. In fact I’d go as far to say Erika in all my years in business is the most outstanding individual I’ve come across in any customer service environment combining honesty and integrity with unbelievably good communication skills that if I wasn’t operating alone I’d offer her a job , my words here aren’t enough . I’d also add removing the corporate hat under the Drive Electric exterior there is a real lovely human being there which in the world we live in today the most important thing

This is a review specifically about Bryony
This is a review specifically about Bryony form the team. SHe had a long way to go to recover our trust in DriveElectric - which mainly stemmed from us ordering a car in September but them not actually getting around to placing the order wiht the dealer for 4 weeks - by which time the waiting list had grown.
Bryony was the first to take persoanl responsibility for the experience, took time to speak to the dealer to confirm delivery dates and was proactive in calling back - I didn't have to chase a call once. She was empathetic and also suggested resolutions. I felt I could trust what she told me. She also ensured tha that the delivering dealer had a handle on the situation, so when there was a delay caised by the dealer they were quick to ensure an alternative was found.
Bryony is a shingin light in what wold otherwise have been a dim experience dealing wiht DriveElectric

Brilliant customer service.
The individual who delivered my car was extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful when I asked if they could familiarise me with the basic controls of the car. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of customer service!
