Drive Electric has consistently provided excellent service
All my experience with Drive Electric over the years has been brilliant. Sometimes it has been difficult to speak to my advisor of choice, but otherwise they have done everything to ensure that my introduction to driving electric has been problem free. I am only sorry I am now buying an electric car, so I no longer need their services!

Great customer service
Rang drive electric with an issue I had to get some tyres changed on my electric vehicle, I spoke to Bryony who rang me back with a solution within 10 mins,
Whenever I have to ring drive electric they always go the extra mile and their customer service is amazing

Less stellar this time around, at least the admin...
This will be the 2nd time we have leased through DE. The first being around 4 years ago (2019).
This time was less stellar than lst time in the area of admin post "sale".
The sales person was great and the arrangement of the lease offer was equally good, however once the offer was accepted, the admin team seemed to struggle to realise that our small business was not some large conglomerate. They were repeatedly asking for fleet insurance, with. multiple admins asking for the same thing so seemingly lacking in internal tracking of the order/comms.
this time felt much less like the plucky start up and more the faceless corporation.
We will consider them in future, but only alongside the competition.

Help with a puncture I couldn't get repaired
I had massive issues with Kwik Fit trying to get them to come out to repair/replace a tyre. Several missed appointments where they didn't turn up, went to wrong address etc. I spoke to Bryony at Drive Electric and she took over dealing with the issue and got me an appointment quickly, they came out and replace the tyre. She also kept InTouch every step of the way. I highly recommend Drive Electric as always helpful when i have an issue

DriveElectric Experience Was Excellent
DriveElectric staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. The procedures for quotes, placing an order, delivery etc were very straightforward and stress-free, with very good communication at each stage.

Drive Electric's exceptional service levels
There was a slight delay in the delivery of my car which was due to the car dealer, however Drive Electric kept me informed and especially Jordan who went beyond the service level you expect and got my car delivered earlier than the revised delivery date. She actually drove me to the car dealer to collect my car because a car transporter wasn't available for at least a week.
The rental process was easy having the experienced and knowledgeable customer operations team lead me through the whole process.

Superb Customer Service
Despite some delays, I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Evie was amazing, taking complete ownership of my queries, keeping her promises to provide updates, and was incredibly patient with all of my nagging.

the car is really nice and I rented…
the car is really nice and I rented very competitive price, however, I had a several months literally almost 1 year to get the car, I can understand the supply chain issue caused by Covid and Ukraine conflict, it’s a better you have another car back up your leasing.

Great all round Lease experience
