Drive4Miles Rent a Car Reviews

Simple, rapide, efficace et sans dépôt de garantie.

Rented a car in a small town outside Faro in the Algarve, Portugal.

An absolutely excellent experience: reasonable price, the option to have the car delivered to the hotel, and an easy drop-off near Faro Airport.

I can certainly recommend renting a car from Drive4miles.

This was the very best experience in hiring a car company ever. Very professional and extremely helpful , any time I texted Paolo replied right away with greatest help. They dropped the car just outside the airport door 🙌 couldn’t be any better as we arrived after midnight.
I would highly recommend this company which it offered hassle free all insured and no credit card needed. Thankyou and I will be back for sure. Vera

servizio ottimo, nessun problema con il noleggio, siamo stati contenti di noleggiare da loro visto che è una società di famiglia e non la solita grande società

Nice experience, very friendly people 😁

⁷I rented a car for 3 days at a very reasonable price. The rental included all insurance and was therefore risk-free. At pick up, the car had been upgraded to a better model. It was very easy and quick to complete the paperwork and get the car. The owner was very polite and accommodating. The car was in good condition and relatively new. Dropping it off was also very easy. It was nice to be able to pay in cash and then avoid the risk of being charged on a credit card afterwards. It has been a really good experience renting a car from Drive4Miles.

By far the easiest and friendliest car hire experience I've ever had. We chose Drive4Miles initially because of the excellent reviews, but also because we were arriving by train and flying home, so car hire based at the airport was less convenient. Pick-up was seamless, even when our train was delayed. We received exactly the car we were expecting. Drop-off was also straightforward and I was kindly driven straight to the terminal afterwards. Can't fault the service - would highly recommend.

Easily the best place to go if you’re looking to rent a car in Faro.

We rented a car from Friday-Monday and had no issues at all. We showed up, having made a booking 24 hours prior, and didn’t have any problems. The car great and tidy, had everything equipped from Apple CarPlay to ice cold AC, the service was very friendly and smooth and we would highly recommend anyone looking to rent a car to go here.

We picked up the car at 10am from the office downtown (1 minute walk from the train station), and agreed to drop the car off at a petrol station close to the airport at 8am on Monday. I arrived at 7.55am and a staff member was there waiting for me and very kindly dropped my off to the airport to catch my flight.

Thank you Drive4Miles, will be recommending you to my brother who flies out to Faro in 2 months.

We were very pleased with the personal service that was provided by Paulo and Duarte. The rental process was seamless. I recommend their service highly!

Véhicule propre, très bon état. On a pu s’arranger facilement pour récupérer le véhicule et le ramener proche de l’aéroport. On nous a reconduit en voiture à l’hôtel.

A fantastic who can turn your trip to fantastic memories.
Best advice and super service.

Very trusted, honest dealer. No sneaky deals. Very nice man working here, small family company. No credit cards needed.WE HAD VERY GREAT EXPERIENCE! Will come back here if ever back in Faro!

Drive4Miles stands out as the top car rental service in Faro! After sifting through numerous reviews of other companies, I was feeling apprehensive about finding a reliable option. Then I discovered Drive4Miles, and their acceptance of CASH immediately caught my attention! It’s a rare find these days, and having rented cars with cash in other countries, I know it’s the easiest way to avoid hidden credit card fees. This was precisely what I needed!

I booked online and secured an amazing deal—only €201 for an automatic car with full insurance and TLW coverage for four days. Incredible value, right?

On the day of my pick-up, Paulo reached out hours in advance to confirm everything was set. I was really impressed by this level of attention. My train from Lisbon was delayed by 30 minutes, and when I informed him, he reassured me to take my time—no rush at all. This kind of service instantly made me feel confident in my choice!

When I arrived, Duarte greeted me with warmth and professionalism. He made the entire process so seamless—no stress or fuss, just pure efficiency. Duarte took the time to thoroughly explain all the details, ensuring I felt at ease with everything. He answered all my questions with a smile, and it was clear he genuinely wanted me to have a fantastic experience.

To my delight, I received a FREE upgrade to a stunning estate car! I couldn’t believe my fortune. The vehicle was practically brand new, had low mileage, and was a joy to drive. It navigated the scenic roads of the Algarve effortlessly, giving me complete peace of mind throughout my journey.

Returning the car was just as simple as picking it up. We parked nearby, and the drop-off was quick and straightforward. They trusted that the vehicle was in good condition, eliminating any stress or hassle. There were no lengthy inspections or waiting—just a smooth, easy process all around. This level of trust and customer care is a rarity in the rental industry!

Overall, my experience with Drive4Miles was nothing short of exceptional. There were no hidden charges or surprises—just honest and outstanding service from beginning to end. Duarte truly made me feel like a valued customer at every step.

A heartfelt thank you to Paulo for his excellent communication and to Duarte for his fantastic support. You both made my trip memorable!

If you find yourself in Faro and need a rental car, don’t look anywhere else. Drive4Miles is the real deal. I’ll certainly be renting from them again, and you should too! You won’t regret your choice!

The guys at Drive4Miles have been one of the best experiences of car rental I've had. We reserved a car only a couple of days before, and they offered us a good solution. They accepted just cash, without trying to add fees or anything shady. They were also clear on how to use the car in our Algarve trip. Then the last day they even kept some small bags of ours at their office for a few hours. We interacted with Paulo, an honest and very nice person, especially compared to what car renters usually are (in our experience). We would definitely recommend Drive4Miles to other travellers.

Rented for one week out of the Faro downtown office. The car was equipped with a toll transponder and Apple Car Play so driving was worry free. I opted for full coverage so I could drop the car off after hours to align with my train booking. Communications with the office leading up to my rental were answered promptly. I would definitely recommend Drive4Miles.

The company of drive 4 miles its excellent and the comunicacion as well. I recomend this company for your trip in Algarve!
It was really easy, good prices and the workers were excellent. Good comunication.

Maria and Marina

Excellent hospitality, great communication - quick hand- and drop-off. Car rental as it should be.

This company is fantastic! We had a great experience with this family run business. The car was in great shape, and we were able to drop it off right at the train station, which made the morning a lot easier for our family with young kids. Everything was easy, absolutely no hidden fees, and such a great owner. We will definitely rent from here next time we are in the Algarve!

Very friendly, great service and experience. Highly recommended.
