Ma mother sended me a courier from Darjeeling to goa on 17th of oct but its been 2 week i ddnt got ma things n wen i tryed to call the person from darjeeling courier office dat person very rudly talking n he is telling me dont worry u will get ur parcel ... Dis is not the way coz somtime somthing we want urgently for that we use ur services other wise post office is alzo der but today dis dtdc is just a shameless company n today m finding post office is better dan ur dis company ... Idiot

Worst experience ever.

The staff is unethical and least bothered to respond to your query. The worst delivery service ever provided.

One of my very important courier was suppose to deliver on Pune from Delhi but even after 8 days it was not delivered and misrouted to other place. I have tried to approach the customer service 10-20 times but nobody has received the call.

I would like to give 0 rating but there is no such option.

After reading all the very negative reviews I decided to send a small parcel from Australia to Czech republic. Parcel arrived in reasonable time. Tracking was helpful. Will use DTDC again...

They agreed to deliver the courier in three days which was an important document; but, even after five days it's not delivered and the customer care phone is not answered as well.

I sent baby wipes, Sanitizer & nappies to India. The delivery guy asked for more money on delivery. When I checked with DTDC they said probably it is customs due to sanitizer but they were not sure. I also called delivery guy and he said we have to pay otherwise it won't be delivered. So I paid as I urgently needed the stuff however upon checked by my family they said there is no sanitizer in it. This is infuriating considering I paid in the UK and then I had to pay extra in India as well. This is Ridiculous.
***I WOULD STRONGLY URGE NOT TO USE THIS SERVICE & I AM NEVER EVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN***

Third class service! Highly UNPROFESSIONAL people and UNRELIABLE company. Never trust these guys. They just fool you after charging hefty amount. They claim 3rd day delivery for a time bound job document through DTDC Plus. However, it took them sixth day to deliver the packet. I think the Indian SPEED POST is much better and reliable option. I will NEVER EVER choose this courier company.

One of the worst company I have ever seen with a bad customer care center. With an important query posted to them, they get back to me after a month. The worst service after I paid 100 bucks for a simple shipment and took more than 2 weeks to reach the destination.
Overall a screwed up system and company.

I had to get a delivery from my vendor, my vendor sent it through dtdc and its with dtdc since 5 days which is 3 kms from my office (delivery address). This is ridiculous!!! Sometimes when i call to the customer care they say they will contact the person and get it delivered by today (since 5 days). And when i track it online i see no update on dtdc web site. Tracking No is M40863762.

Worst delivery. They are charging for express and saying it will reach in 24 hrs. Not yet reached. Online also not showing any update. Please don't go for it. Worst service

Local delivery takes more than 48 hours, no tracking updates, very poor customer response. Should be barred.

never ever never everbtry this even in your dreams, no one will pick u calls if u have problems,and deliveries are very late for atleast 4 or 5 days, and sometimes they
never come

The worst experience I've ever encountered. There's not one positive thing to say even if I wanted to. Service is poor. Customer service is even worse. No regards for customers. No proper communication. Waste of time and money. Employees are useless and least helpful.

Portal shows out for delivery since 1 day and still no news of the courier.

Worst Service I have ever seen .. i have sent one parcel ,there is no tracking details till 4 days ,and they dont care when you dropped email to customer care to track your parcel,they dont care to pick up the customer care service phone number,they charged a lot but the service is worst,i would suggest go with any local courier service then DTDC.. any courier service is better than DTDC.

Please please please please don't use dtdc courier....

dtdc are robbers they robbed half of my things from parcel. dnt use their services they are all robbers.
