I would recommend everyone to use DTDC Courier, their courier service is really amazing. I am an eCommerce seller so I need trustworthy courier company so I choose DTDC and I am very happy with my decision. DTDC never break my trust since 1 year. They provide doorstep pickup for bulk shipments. My clients are satisfied with their courier service. I have never received any complaints regarding courier.
Express services of DTDC is very fast due to their large network. They deliver couriers to many parts of India.

DTDC is the worst courier servive ! Never use DTDC! they dont deliver products at the right place! My parcel was delivered far away from my place and they did not even send it to nearest dtdc office to my area even after several request. They dont even know how to talk properly to their customers..rude behaviour !! really hate this courier service ! it is just waste of time and money! I really regret using this courier service!

Dear dtdc

Kindly give the GPS to your delivery persons.because they are not bother about the customers urgency.even they sit in their home.and they are working time is evening
only.if you are not taken these serious action, the bad impression will build on your company by these waste fellow delivery boys.

Worst delivery service ever in India. Don't use this service, they don't even reply for the emails and calls.

No response to customer calls, minimum 99 % item couriered are delayed.

shame dtdc

Goods were stolen inside the package. Three packages inside the DTDC package were opened. Only good with monetary value were stolen. All original packages were resealed. Shame to corrupt employees of this company.

i booked my mobile phone through dtdc consignment no. v34336783. and till now it has not reached to its destination, status is incomplete, showing track of only starting 2 days. i am out of station so when i called, there shop person he is giving nonsense excuses (sales officer caught there whole consignment because of there non compliance of legal formality) and not receiving my phone. today he just switched off his no. after watching my no. on his phone.

This is worst courier service in india. from Chennai to Hyderabad it's taking 7 working days. even normal letter also we will get so quick than DTDC, don't go with this worst service.

With so much of anger I was searching for putting up a review about this service, as I opened, found almost all have the same opinion. Such shameless heads sitting at office, even after soo many negative response still no effort to do anything about it. I send my courier on 5th of December from Bangalore to Calicut, after a week they are telling me their Calicut branch is closed and they dint know... How unprofessional is it. They don't even know where all they have there branch, like seriously... And they said it will come back to me, today is 17th of December and aim still waiting for my courier. 12 days passed by and no. And when calling at there office, they don't pick up, like now who to call... I wish I had checked the review before than would never send through this... I had managed to inform all in my circle about this Dtdc service, so that they don't fall into this.

Very much disappointed with dtdc delievery service. Booked sweets on 12/12/16 after assuring that it will be delivered in two days by paying for faster service but till now it wasnt delievered. Very much disappointed by dtdc service. I had asked that will it reach or I will opt for other courier, they assured me that it will be delieverd in two days.

I never suggest you to opt dtdc service better to go with other courier service.

Shameful service. Does not show timely updates. My package from Tirupati showing still in AP since 7 days. No ETA provided. And customer service numbers unanswered.

Don't know can such a service provide is surviving in the market.

I HAVE SENT AN COURIER ( C72134534) FROM CHENNAI TO CHENNAI ( SAME CITY) SINCE I HAVE SOME OTHER WORK AND DON'T HAVE TIME TO DELIVER. I HAVE BOOKED ON 1ST DECEMBER AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED SINCE NOW. IT WAS ALMOST A WEEK. I HOPE 1 HOUR WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO DELIVER. I FEEL VERY IRRITATING AFTER KNOWING THAT IT WASN'T DELIVERED EVEN AFTER A WEEK. I HAVE BOOKED A CASE TOO (CASE NO. 04065371). NO ACTIONS WAS TAKEN FOR THAT ALSO. I WOULD HAVE GIVE LESS THAN MINUS 10 RATINGS IF THEY ALLOWED ME TO RATE IN NEGATIVE. I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO GO FOR DTDC SERVICE SINCE THEY WOULD EXPERIENCE MOST RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE

My parcel booked on 22 November 2016, which was supposed to deliver in Kolkata by 25th November (as per online tracking it was "out for delivery" status. But even after 10 days (4th December) it is not delivered. I emailed to their website email addresses, but no response at all. Even calling their numbers is a big harassment. They are sitting there for only get "unemployment remuneration", so they will give you another guy number, 2nd guy refer to 3rd, 3rd to 4th.....and so on. As I have booked by air due to urgency of the material, they did not deliver even in 13 days. Never use this creepy and worst service.

So many people can not be wrong. Never ever use them for any purpose. Their delievry guys steal from the packages, especially if there is anything to eat like chocolates. It seems they just throw the parcels and if anything breaks they say you did not take insurance. That means if you do not take transit insurance they have rights to throw your parcel and break the stuffs. I unfortunately used them for international courier also, and almost everything i received was broken, unlike other couriers. They won't accept any of their mistakes rather their useless custer service team will come up of lame excuses. Not at all recommended.

with out delivering the package to our address they are asking us to come their office and collect it. despite charging too much amount from us they are talking like they are doing this for charity .

The most worst courier services. They do not supply on time. They do not have time sense, work sincerity. Worst and worst services.

My parcel has booked at 7-11-16 it has been 6th day today n no tracking is available no 1 is responding properly I tryed following office ahmdabad ,Hubli,gulberga,and yadgir all where just waste I ll never use these service again namd suggest others too

This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. I have opted for DTDC Plus service because of urgency of the courier to be delivered. on 02/11/2016 consignment number (V32850584) I had gone to the bhosari office near landewadi. the staff has informed me that if i opt for dtdc plus the shipment will be delivered in two days that is on 04/11/2016. Today is 06/11/2016 and still the courier hasn't been delivered. when i called their office staff has given me the wrong information that the courier is at wagodia ring road my friend who was suppose to receive the courier has gone to wagodia ring road's office and they said that they have not received any courier. The head of bhosari office when i contacted he was not concern about the parcel being undelivered he mentioned that i m in goa and let me enjoy my leaves. such a cooperation this dtdc guys give. Please if you have any urgency dont believe in DTDC opt for other courier services such as BLUE DART etc.

Either do not deliver ,items get untrackable,say they have delivered to a different area as the shipper had not provided the correct address,or say they have delivered to somebody in some other house in our area -who is not known in our locality at all!
I have experienced all this -Unfortunately some companies choose to ship through them!
