Worst delivery in singapore. Worst front office support..

This company is not even worth of 1 Star. Bad service, Bad tracking and delayed delivery. The parcel gets delivered elsewhere. Plz never think of DTDC

I had a parcel sent to me through dtdc on 26th April, consignment has not been received..More than the parcel delay , it is the reply of the staff are disgusting. Each one cannot hold responsible for their own company's wrong shipment and late delivery. Been contacting Chennai, Bangalore and Cochin offices from yesterday and new stories about the shipment pop up. Latest story is consignment is wrongly shipped to north India and is being retracted . Consignment reached chennai dtdc office but franchisee vehicle had already left. So consignment cannot be delivered today...Should never ever have this as courier next time
Worst response, worst customer care, worst TAT, worst commitment

I didn't receive my parcel yet which was send from Kolathur Chennia on 7th April 2017 with tracking number C74680284 after 8th April 2017. There was no update in tracking view and when we call to Chennia they response nothing they took our call and not responding just to waste our call.And when try to contact in Delhi they didn't pick calls.. What kind of services you provide when you don't even ready to listen customer quiries.I will suggest it's better send your parcel through postal service at least in any case they response.

We use this service to send India they said parcel will deliver within 3 to 5 working days.. 8 days left still parcel not delivered and even customer service are unable to locate parcel ..
Very very disappointed, we strongly would not recommend this DTDC COURIER service .: 🙁☹️

They just steal the content from courier and update misleading status on site to confuse the customer and customer care will never be able to track that.

I recommend not to use their courier service because its not safe.

I don't prefer sending parcels through DTDC because of 3 really bad experiences in past. This 3rd time I was again forced to go with DTDC as there was no other option again. And the result is after 5 days .After my putting request they found my packet. Packet was at designation .But no delivery attempt in 5 days

Customer Service is really bad. They don't care about your problem. Disrespectful and Bad mannered staff. What is the use of having branches all over India when you can not provide service. I will call it worst of all courier services.

My package fRom India to Chino CA, was handed over to FEDEX with a wrong address and phone number. I had to follow it up for 4 days to get delivered. They blamed every one except themselves. In reality they from Jamaica NY screwed it up.

I had sent a parcel from the UK to India. The parcel was delayed by 2 days more than the latest day promised and was received today, after following it up very closely for atleast10 times. The tracking displayed on the website is horrible and has nothing to do with the actual status. When I finally got the parcel, it was found opened and later closed in a hurry and when I called up to report this I was told that the I will receive the parcel in another 2 days, when I already had the parcel delivered and when reported this, the agent was adamant that it might have got damaged in transit. Afer me insisting that it was very clearly cut opened, the only reply was that I had to send an email if something was missing, I felt so let down. Though whoever opened it was dismayed as the parcel had only my used clothes and shoes.

You should change your khar west branch staffs immediately.They so least corperative.I have by air courier to be received and why the hell you guys are taking 3 days to deliver this courier.LR number is V34511217.
Blue dart is much better company.One of the worst company with worst and rude staff.

Pathetic service. Wonder such service organizations exist! It's a circus. My courier to Delhi has still not reached. It's been 5 days. And they have no idea. They better close and open barber shop. Would use DHL or FedEx even if have to pay more

The WORST SERVICE OF DTDC never update there information at time

Not eligible for one star also, since there no option to write feed without selecting start so just put one star. One of the most irresponsible cargo organization in India. No customer support available for query or complain.

I had sent important document from Mrgao Goa by Dtdc courier on 7th of jan now today 13th of jan. the crazy people showing status online still in panjim Goa. i had been tried several time to contact this people they are not answering properly (they giving irrelevant answer) after several time now they blocked my number i can"t get them now. i requesting people don't trust dtdc irresponsible people sitting over there. still i am not in india if im there i am sure i ll make police complaint. i lost 1.5lac indian rupees.
Don't trust bloody courier DTDC.

Made arrangements online, they still called the recipiënt and i had to call them. That caused delay. Agreed to pickup something up in mumbai with. They didnt. Without contacting me. When i called, they Failed to appologize OR even understand what the problem was. Trace number didnt work. Never use Them.

I had sent a consignment of important documenta from Bangalore to Trivandrum on 4th and it is 7th today and still has not reached the destination. They are not even able to track the consignment. The destination is wrongly updated as Kottayam. After calling the customer care service several times , after being disconnected n false call back promises from the team leader (Rohini) herself, nothing happened. The documents were to be produced in court today for a hearing and we could not produce the documents because of delay from the dtdc side.
Do not trust this courier service , as per their own agent they don't even need to know the difference between Kottayam and Trivandrum it seems. What is point of giving pincode if they can't even differentiate...
I will definitely fight for compensation as it has caused me an embarrassing situation in the court and the delay is unacceptable.

I hav a very bad experience with this courier service..My family sent me some items from Kochi to chennai on 12dec2016..items were Oil bottle,cake,etc... in safety pack worth 250rs..they told 3days delivery time..so I expected the parcel on 15dec..But I got a call from dtdc chennai on 20dec that the parcel was damaged and the cake inside it was eaten by rats!!!!damn....then they sent it back without informing me...I contacted wid Kochi office and asked the matter...they advised me to wait till the parcel reaches Kochi..I v waited...still the parcel is under process and not even reached the office...now they r telling that the parcel was just crushed during the transport...I experienced irresponsibility from dtdc Kochi and chennai...Both the centres were blaming each other..and didn't help me to get my parcel properly...
