The worst service on earth NOBODY FORCE PEOPLE TO PAY INSURANCE and after i paid the expensive insurance they ASK ME TO PAY MORE BECAUSE OF DELAYING FEE and now WHERE IS MY PACKAGE !!?? I cursed this company that they will NEVER EVER SUCESS and WILL BANCRUPT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because people are getting scam by this Very very unprofesional , poor , stupid , rude , unresponsible company ! I prefer using a white bird to get my deliver come at my doorstep AT LEAST THE BIRD IS RESPONSIBLE THAN YOU !

Hi All - This company has the worst service and cant be believed at all. When shifting from UK to India I has sent three bags out of which one got lost on the way and they blamed dpd which was partner for them for that but never asked/compensated or apologized for this act. I lost my bag which had important stuffs . This company didnt even bother to apolozize for this act and it has been more than 1.5 years now still they didnt even compensate. I am sending from UK to India so either compensation should be in pounds or rupee but they mailed it will be in dollars that too 100 but worth of the items were far more than that and was agreed before sending the items in an excel sheet which NEVER GOT PROCESSED

These b8st8rds are fcuking ash**-holes and they are here only for taking people's money. They are not interested into business or providing any services. I would highly encourage you all to go to dtdc shop and fcuk 'em.

I am sending courier to Ongole to Mumbai on 3rd September but still the courier not dispatched DTDC is wrost service and also in late dispatching in DTDC Courier there is no customer services numbers. Dont encourage this type of courier services.

I ordered some dresses online and the supplier couriered it through DTDC. I had given them a mobile number for them to ring in case they had difficulty finding the address. I did not receive it for weeks and so enquired with the supplier and he advised that the parcel has been sent back to him... I did not even receive a call form them in the interim. He couriered it again and this time I was given a tracking number by the supplier. I tracked it every single day and to be honest until it reached my state (Kerala) everything was recorded pretty clearly. Once it showed reached Cochin hub then it was showing that the parcel was going to and fro between their Cochin hub and my the local hub at my place which was a joke. I tried ringing them but no answer. Tried going there personally but again their offices were closed and never had regular office times. THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY. PLEASE AVOID IF U CAN. ONLY USE THEM IF THEY ARE THE ONLY LAST COURIER COMPANY EXISTING ON PLANET EARTH. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.. I M GUTTED BY THEIR UN PROFESSIONALISM. DTDC - YOU ARE NOT DOING US A FAVOUR. WE PAY YOU AND THEREFORE PLEASE DO YOUR PART

I have sent my job application through DTDC. It is to be sent to Bhubaneswar.But in the tracking it has shown that it is delivered to Kolkata.it has taken 5 days to send to that wrong address .please don't choose DTDC .However it is better to send through INDIAN POST.

I have booked this (CN Number: M52817335)courier on 1st June 2017 but still not delivered this package according to the package mentioned address. During online tracking it's showing that has been delivered 4th June 2017 in another address ( whether it's mentioned the pin code is 500001) but the actual delivered address is Room No 115, Vishnu priya lodge, Vishnu Complex, main road, Devarakonda, Nalgonda, Telangana 508248 Devarakonda, Vishnu complex Devarakonda - 508248, Telangana,Phone: 9660809458. Even I did't have get any calls from your courier boy during delivery where It's a very important documents.

Since 15 days above I'm continuously trying to locate that parcel but every time (10 to 12 times) your executives are giving me numbers and after calling this number they are also giving another number and finally I was tried until get a unavailable number. I'm totally disappointed as DTDC courier it's a good brand in India. Hence I soliciting you to fix my inconvenience.

Takes very very long time. It has been 3 weeks since we sent the courier. They told it would take just 3 days to reach. Still waiting for the post to reach the destination.
More than that, they don't give the correct information when contacted. They lied saying that my parcel has reached. Worst service from dtdc. Waste of time and money

Most disgusting and worst company I have ever experienced. I would suggest other customers not to rely on the services and workers of DTDC. They are unreliable and ignorant about customers and consignments.

Worst and poor - fake promises, pathetic customer care and horrible service

VERY VERY VERY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND WORST & UNTRAINED CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

THE PARCEL WAS LANDED IN LONDON ON SUNDAY 30TH JUL. DTDC IN LONDON SENT ME A CONFIRMATION TEXT THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON 1ST AUG. I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY. ON 1ST AUG. AT AFTERNOON TIME THEY SEND ME VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TEXT MENTIONING, "SORRY, WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR DTDC PARCEL YET SO WE CAN'T DELIVER IT TODAY!!!"

CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF HAS NO INTEREST IN RESOLVING THE MATTER, JUST APOLOGISED! (C/S. SAURABH BHATIA) AFTER AN HOUR LONG DISCUSSIONS TO THE C/S AND PUTTING ME ON HOLD FOR THREE TIMES HE PUT ME THROUGH TO THE MANAGER. I REQUESTED MANAGER TO SPELL HER SURNAME TO ME AND SHE SAID IT WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR ME PRONOUNCE IT!!! I HAD TO AGAIN AND AGAIN ASK HER TO SPELL HER LAST NAME TO ME THEN SHE DID. THE MANAGER (APEKSHA MUTREGA, EXT. 3908), THEY PROMISED ME A DELIVERY TODAY ITSELF AND A PERSONAL CALL AND TEXT TO CONFIRM THIS. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!

SOME OTHER GUY CALLED (EMMANUAL VAZ) WHO HAD NO CLUE WHY HE CALLED ME. HE SAID HE WAS REQUESTED TO GIVE ME A CALL BUT HE WASN'T TOLD WHY HE IS GOING TO CALL ME!!! HE WAS TOLD TO CALL ME AND FIND OUT WHY HE IS CALLING ME!!! i HAD TO EXPLAIN THE WHOLE SITUATION TO HIM AS HE HAS NO CLUE ABOUT IT. AFTER GETTING AN IDEA OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED HE TOLD ME THE PREVIOUS CALL WAS FROM THE DELHI BRANCH AND THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING HOW IT WORKS IN UK!!! (I WONDER ON WHAT BASIS DID APEKSHA MUTREGA (EXT. 3908) THE MANAGER PROMISED ME THAT SHE WILL PUSH HER DELIVERY TEAM TO MAKE THE DELIVERY HAPPEN TODAY??!!!) EMMANUAL SAID HE ONLY CAN APOLOGIZE. I REQUESTED HIM TO PUT ME THROUGH TO THE MANAGER AND HE SAID MANAGER IS BUSY IN MEETING AND CAN NOT TALK. I SAID I AM READY TO HOLD THE LINE TILL THE TIME MANAGER FINISHES THE MEETING AND IN JUST A COUPLE OF MIN. A MANAGER CAME ON LINE. (MANAGER NAME VIKKI HANSON) VIKKI TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL GO AND CHECK WITH THE DELIVERY DRIVERS TO CHECK ABOUT THE DELIVERY TODAY AND THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME PRETENDING SHE CAN NOT HEAR ME. SHE DID NOT CARE TO CALL ME BACK. I HAVE BEEN TRYING CONSTANTLY TO CALL ON SAME NUMBER BUT THIS TIME THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP COZ THEY KNOW THEY HAVE MESSED IT UP.

DTDC CHARGES WAY TO HIGH FOR THE SERVICE BUT PROVIDES NO SERVICES OR TALK PROPERLY TO THE CUSTOMERS. THEY TELL THE FALSE STORIES, GIVE FAKE PROMISES AND THEN DISAPPEARS BY HANGING UP ON UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

I WILL MAKE SURE I TAKE THIS FURTHER AND STOP SUCH FAKE BUSINESS MAKING PEOPLE FOOL AFTER CHARGING THEM AND PROVIDING NO SERVICES.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever. They handle the things in the most unprofessional manner. They lost my 27 kg bag which had my valuable belongings. Inspite of repeated calls no-one responds. Never ever take DTDC's services it will be better if you yourself drive down to that place and deliver it if you have no other option then going for dtdc

My parcel was sent on Tuesday 20th June on a two day delivery service basis. Today is the 27th June and the parcel still not delivered. Customer services is useless. They promised it will be delivered on Saturday, no delivery. Monday they were closed because of Eid. Today customer services promised it would be delivered by 4 pm mumbai time but to date no parcel it is now 5.30 in Mumbai. Customer services in UK said the person dealing with it has left the office, they lied, Saurab was there and Emanulle, Rahul and another guy I think Urmel lied because Suarab has been making promises he did not keep. No help anywhere for this package which is urgent.

Very very poor service, They do maximum fake deliveries. I would suggest not faith on DTDC. Their customer service is so so poor. There focus is only on big consignments. They are still for away from the service of other courier companies like blue dart, first flight,and other agencies. Last week i had shocking experience last week, i sent a important documents to greater Noida, The delivery boy falsely wrote consignee's name on the DRS and shows self receiving and got same updated on DTDC website. When we inquire the matter with the delivery boy and we check the CCTV on the door weather this guy is visited the house, we found he was not gone there which he admit later. he said sorry i think i deliver it to wrong place which i cant recall.
