Pathetic service , extremely bad behavior, I would never choose DTDC for courier service. My friend sent some documents which were important. However I haven't received it and online tool shows it have been delivered.

The phone number mentioned on the acknowledgement by the receiver is Invalid , And no name was mentioned.



I am not sure how this happened and then I have to do multiple follow ups on this issue , still the issue is not resolved.



This is the worst part, Customer care is been set up to address customer s queries, but in this case they are just meant to either bang the phone or not providing the appropriate solution.

Pathetic service , extremely bad behaviour, I would never chooose DTDC for courier service. I sent a gift item to my loved one thru Dtdc. Since he was in office at that time the courier boy misbehaved n ordered him to come to the given address or else he won’t deliver and parcel will go back to place from Whr it has come . Even I callled up the courier boy to deliver the parcel he said he won’t until suraj calls him and requests him to come.Later after office hours Suraj went to Dtdc office and collected the parcel. This is how Dtdc works. This is unacceptable

Did not want to give even one star the service is so pathetic. I had ordered for medicines which were despatched from Coimbatore to Kolkata on 1st February. On tracking the tracking the consignment today 7th February I saw that the status was not delivered because apparently my " door was closed". There was no attempt on anybody's part to call up my number and attempt delivery. The parcel contains life saving medicine for my husband and today when I tried reaching their Kolkata numbers no number was accessible. I was able to reach the Coimbatore number and they guided me to a Kolkata franchisee ( 033 40605237 ) who was down right rude, claimed to know nothing about the reason for the delay but said the parcel would be delivered by tomorrow. We pay extra for companies like DTDC and then not only do not get the delivery on time but also get abused for inquiring about the status. very disappointed. My consignment number is C80956548

I had sent a parcel to rajasthan from mumbai.. parcel contain:- 2.5kg cashew nuts, 2 box of sweets, 2 sachet of chocolate, and 1 grape juice plastic bottle.. when delivered only 2 packet of cashew = 400grams only was received.. someone forcibly opened the parcel and robbed my things which was worth 3000rs.. This is the worst courier service i ever used... a nightmare for any customer... such services should be banned..

Very very poor provided by dtdc, particularly rohini sec 8 and also netaji subhash place dtdc centers.
mis management of parcel by both branches and causing lot of stress and problems for customer.
I am quite dissatisfied with their services. A local courier company would do much better than them.
i would certainly not recommend this courier company to any of my friends or colleagues in any way.

worst Courier Service in terms of delivery timeline - They were unable to deliver a product even after 3 days which is 25km from my place. CANNOT EVEN HANDLE LOCAL SHIPMENT. Shame on you guys.

bad experience as my suggestion please go with some other this guys tells one delivery date and receives some other date.... seriously i faced 2 times as my friends courier to my address I am in a city where I can get each and everything as if am in villages that it can delay but this is ridiculous

Worst service. I will file case on this company and make sure this is banned in India. I booked on 4/1/2018 with consignment no: Z52107002 and recieved the sms as well but online it showed 5/1/2018. Its 8/1/2018 still no clue where my parcel is. On customer service no one picks the call and on mail they dont respond atleast 6 mails I have mailed.

The worst experience ever. First flight customer services are far better than dtdc. Dtdc are looting money from customers. My friend had to deliver a package and I recommended her DTDC. Now i will never recommend to anyone. A guy from direct dtdc collected the package and his office is two steps away, for that he charged Rs 300 as pick up charges. Three times i have sent courier through DTDC but none have charged pick up charges.

Sent a parcel to a relative in India as a gift Via DPD, which was booked through parcel2go website. I selected the customs options to show this package was a gift with a value of £50 and listed the contents.

The customs clearance and delivery part in India is done through DTDC. As per India customs there is a tax exemption for a value of at least 5,000 rupees which is equivalent to £57.

The contents of the package included - face cream, clothing, household cleaning products.

The face cream had a UK retail value of £20 and the item of clothing was used and being returned to it's owner after it was left in the UK, the other items were just household cleaning items like gloves and sponges.

Upon delivery of the package, (which was very late - several days more than estimated), the recipient was told to pay a charge of 2,400 rupees, which is equivalent to £30. Not only should no charge have been made due to the fact that the package was a gift. If the items were taxable at the rate of 28.8%, this would value the contents of the package at around £100 which is complete nonsense!

After submitting the required documents via their website, the courier went to deliver the package and then demanded payment on the 2,400 rupees or he would return the package. They paid the money and he refused to give a receipt for the payment. This all sounds very suspicious!

I have tried emailing DTDC several times buy they just ignore me a fail to respond.

I can't believe DPD use this company, they are clearly scammers and stealing from people. I have no choice but to use another company in future and make sure they don't work with DTDC.

Guys, Don't use DTDC to ship any from Australia to India. Team in india not at all responding for any queries. Not providing necessary information even after so many reminders. They don't know what and how to respond. also found incorrect statements on their receipts.

Charges are less initially, but they charge more before deliver the package.

Please don't encourage to use this DTDC for any international shippings.

I am having a tracking no K07296741. The parcel was received on 6th December to the branch but they not ready to deliver on mentioned address.
After talking on a call on 12-12-17 they said no one was there on mentioned address as executive visit daily for service and we will deliver it by next day. Today is 15-12-17, i not get my parcel yet..

so this is how it goes....
I Ordered a product from NEXT INTERNATIONAL site and they shipped it through DTDC. I Ordered the product on 17th november and it is still not delivered yet. I called their support staff none of them picks up the call and also i emailed them but no response at all. I have no idea what to do next.....

I have been ringing their customer service and no one picks it up.
I have tried to track my parcel with my DPD / DTDC number and it did not show any results.
I emailed their support and it just bounces back saying the tracking number is invalid.
I emailed their KYCteam with my documents couple of times for them to finally acknowledge my emails.

A item has been booked on 02 Nov 2017 through DTDC courier in Vijayawada and luckily the item has been sent to Hyderabad DTDC centre for delivery on the same day itself. It has been enquired before booking the item if the item would be delivered within 24 hours and upon ensuring about the delivery, the item has been booked through DTDC. The item has not been delivered to the booked address till date and to my surprise, none of the customer care numbers was attended in both Hyderabad and Vijayawada. I m not sure if the item reaches me by the end of this year or else would it take another year for DTDC to delivery?

I dealt with FEDEX/ UPS for a long time and this is the first time I am dealing with DTDC because they were charging less, or that's what I thought. There were some export duty charges which was not clearly mentioned on their website and so I had to cancel it. Now they are charging a cancellation fee which is ridiculous. Never going to use this company again.

The 3rd class courier service . Most unreliable, untrustworthy , fraud organisation. No body should send anything through DTDC. Most irresponsible courier company. The staff doesn’t know anything, gives false promises & did not perform. Very irresponsible & arrogant staff. Charges highest rate for 3rd class service. I have
given Diwali sweet parcel to them on Monday, they told me that they will give delivery by Thursday, hence we charge
Premium rate . Forget of delivery but parcel was lying in Mumbal for 5 days till Friday one day after delivery date in hot climate of Mumbai. Everything is spoiled . Friday morning 10.30 Fedex took parcel via Dubai - Paris & by Road to London . It reached london by Monday morning. When conveyed about delay & Faral is spoiled , no regrets. By cheating once they have lost not one customer but I will tell everybody not to send anything from DTDC. Even this company won’t deserve 1 star also . Worst courier company I came across deserves to be taught lesson by consumer Court.

First of all the service that is provided is bad and the people who provide it are worst.
This is my review with my package still hanging in New York. My parents sent me a parcel for Diwali on the 12 october 17 from Aundh, India where they were promised of delivery by Monday 16 oct 2017 to me in USA. As the parcel did not reach me till the evening of the 17th I asked them to inquire about the where about of the parcel as the tracking the had on DTDC was not updated after 14th and the numbers that they have on thier website do not work so you cant call them.

When inquired about the people at the outlet said that the parcel had been delivered on the 16th itself and had been received and has been signed off by a person having initials APL...(God know who it is). After spending a decent amount of time when asked for when asked for a tracking number we got one where in DHL is delivering the package and as of the 18 oct the parcel is still in New York.

So the moral of the story is ...DTDC people are disgraceful and can lie to your face just to keep their image of a great carrier when in reality its provides worst service experience and its employees are rude and not co- operative. They lie ...simple truth.....India Post provides better service than them...and least of all its people are not rude.

It is such a fraud company, especially JB Nagar branch in Andheri East, Mumbai. They always delivered my parcel to the WRONG PERSON, and that too after 48 hrs, even when I opted for the express delivery within 24hrs.
They have no manners to talk to a woman, and accept their mistake. Neither they know the process.

I can't imagine any worse than this company after I paid 12k rupees , they stole pickles and sweets my mother cooked for me. They don't even pick my calls, what should I do such a worst people. May God give them a disease that they can suffer all their 100years, definitely I don't wish them for soon. Such a worst people and service should be punished.
