Worst experience i can ever have with this courier. I sent a parcel to gurgaon from New Delhi which was to be delivered the very next day. When i didn't received any info from them i thought of tracking it up, to my surprise i got to know that it has reached siligurhi. When i tried contacting them the customer care never picked it up, the next day i called from where they the courier was dispatched, they said they were not aware. After trying so many times finally it reached the destination but that it was in bits n pieces, the gift was broken, it was such an insult for me. I wish i could attach the broken gift pic here. This was all this when i told the courier person that there's a delicate item please pack and courier it carefully. That bloody person took Rs 50 extra for me to pack it neatly.
I would suggest everyone not to go ahead ever with this stupid dtdc, my experience with blue dart is much better

Worst courier company. It is charging too much and service is third class. It is worse than Indian post. I have booked one letter for Allahabad which reached to Ahmedabad. When asked about why in 7 days my letter not reached they replied that you spent only 90 Rs for courier. Express courier of 300 Rs required.

It is worst courier company is have ever seen. They most of the time mis route the courier item and then deliver the parcel in 1 month. i will give zero star to dtdc. please never try DTDC it is worst .

Pathetic Service of DTDC

When booked to courier for Australia on Friday, was been told that parcel will be delivered on later than Wednesday. Courier collected on Saturday, was on hold in Indian till Wednesday. none of the Indian numbers provided on website are contactable. Today, when I called the DTDC Australia, they are saying the courier is to be delivered in 7 - 10 business.

First courier company opened and repack my carton box without informing me.

I was horrified when the delivery came. They took out the carton box. And the item inside was just delivery like that!

Item was totally demaged eventhough they was wraped and protected nicely inside the carton box when I first handed over to them.

Other items was squeese in each other causing demaged to every thing.
Items was missing also.

After raising the issue to the hotel and the courier company DTDC.
They gave a standard reply.
Totally irresponsable from them.

Understand from hotel staff DTDC handle DHL package as well.

I am shock to see so many negative review here! Given this kind of standard I wonder how is the company is still in operation.

Apart from a valuable bag I lost 4 months, energy, temper and trust on courier companies with these guys.
There is absolutely no responsibility that is taken by this company.
Undoubtedly my worst customer service experience in UK in 6 full years.

I don't think they even deserve 1 star. Their delivery guy is so irresponsible that he had delivered my cheque book to some one else near my house. How can any one deliver a high priority courier to a stranger even without calling me and asking if he give to that person. When I tried to call the customer care to raise a complaint, all the numbers shared online are not in operation. With such a pathetic service I wonder how they call themselves a India's premier courier servicing company. Can't believe banks trust such undependable servicing companies.

Worst service i ever seen my life,i use this service for first time and last time, uneducated employee working in DTDC, and they don't know even service about DTDC, and giving wrong commitments to customer for Courior shipment, i use to send international Courior and they saided to deliver in 3/4 working days, todays 12days shipments is not reach yet, MUMBAI,MIRA ROAD,SHANTI NAGAR SECTOR-5, DTDC OFFICE WORST WORST AND WORST SERVICE, i requests all to please pay less and choose local Courior office because they won't give you wrong commitment and won't cheat, but if you think companies Courior service is best and you are ready to pay high compared to others, i think you are wrong, because big company worst service..

Ordered an 3 items through amazon, first delivered on 2nd May & another on 3rd may but, third one which is with DTDC says failed delivery on 2 & 3 rd may.. they are cut throat liars. Rang their office seeing regular failed delivery notification nobody bothered to answer the phone. They’ve returned the item back without even informing me. I never got a call or email or failed delivery notification letter.. terrible service..!! never use it , and spread the word..

DCTC is worst , their delivery department have not deliver boys .you have to collect the parcel from their office .shame on MD OF DCTC, looting and cheating people with giving good service...never use DCTC,my parcel they have not delivered niether they informed me ,when I searched their number in MARGAO ,GOA ,they are telling me to collect parcel..

Very bad and pathetic service please never choose this courier worst service with worst staff and there behavior is so bad that you can't imagine.They can even upload a fake delivery in there system

No status updates to track my parcel even after the expected date of delivery.

worst service as no tracking details available even after 10 days of delivery and also no customer service available at all. Phone number has been kept only for ringing but not to answer.

This is the worst service provider network.
My courier Z54655426 not received till today.
The delivery boy whose no is 8303306177 is not communicating in proper way. I have already complained it and my complain no is 10926388.there is no update about my courier.
It's very important I need to know about my courier status now.

Very slow, less tracking information. Normal postal service is better than this DTDC.

And when I went to the hub to enquire about it they tell that its missing.
