My project is the upgrade from W20 steel windows to suitable thermally broken windows in a part 16th C -part 17th C Yeoman's House. Jon Wade at Duration has been very helpful in providing information, drawings and samples to help us firstly decide on the suitability of particular frames in proportion and design, and in providing supporting info to accompany our Listed Building Consent application.
Jon has been friendly and speedy with responses in assisting us to this stage.

Needed a replacement window as one had fractured due to a stone been thrown at it. Also someone to install it. Duration supplied local Glaziers and the window was changed promptly
