This time I bought a beautiful Accelero Vitesse Rust Brown (my 4th Duxot). The watch itself is amazing, but the bracelet is one of the worst I ever had to deal with, I have the tools and always do the adjustments by myself, and this time to adjust it was a nightmare, at the end I decided to take it off and change it for a brown leather strap, and it looks amazing. Seriously, you must change your bracelets, are garbage.

The watch I just bought is absolutely stunning.
The quality and fit are unmatched in my collection, even though the price is amazing.
I have pestered the customer service with random questions before and after the purchase. They have been nothing but helpful and respond quickly.
This is my second piece from Duxot watches, and I'm very satisfied. Both shipped quite fast, I am lucky to be by the warehouse and received it in 2 days.

If you are on the fence about these watches, take this as a sign to buy one... Or two... Maybe three or four- at this price, with quality that exceeds my mid range microbrands, it's a no brainer. Customer for life here!

Aunque tengo que decir que el reloj es de buena calidad, NO te indican con claridad que tienes que pagar las tasas de exportación y el IVA en el momento de la entrega. Parece indicar con “Taxes Free” que no es así, pero te hacen pagar a la compañía de transporte los gastos de importación. En caso de que quieras devolver el producto tienes que pagar 50€. Cuidado porque esto es jugar sucio.
Si dice que está claramente explicado en su política de envíos y devoluciones, pero sí que te indican de modo engañoso cuando vas a hacer la compra “Taxes Free”; cosa que NO es cierto. Muy mala experiencia de compra.

Ho avuto una pessima esperienza con il mio ultimo acquisto, non comprerò mai più, realmente pessima esperienza.

I have the new Pacifico Lapidary Limited Edition with a tigers eye dial. (I have watch no:2). The watch itself is wonderful and the packaging/box is exceptional. But, and it is a big, the bracelet is truly very poor: The clasp is stamped out rather than milled and the links held by inertial pins rather the screws. So sizing without damage/scratching requires very careful experienced hands. Oh and no drilled lugs or easy fit pins to the lugs so swapping the strap is equally as taxing and can easily scratch the lugs without knowledge, tools and great care. Anyway I changed the nasty strap for a high quality easy fit strap and also have an FKM easy fit strap so I can get it wet. So bottom line is excellent watch but nasty bracelet but presented in a high quality, attractive box. (less expensive box with the saving spent on a decent bracelet and you'd have an exceptional watch dear people at Duxot, fix it!)

The watch I received from Duxot is now one of my favorites because it is quietly elegant. A watch like this exudes elegance without being flashy. I love wearing it for that reason.

I recently ordered a replacement bracelet for my new Pamplona watch so I could add some links to accommodate my large wrist. Duxot was amazing with how quick their response was and how easy they made the special transaction for me. Great company to deal with that makes very quality watches.

Great watches , great value, anyone can copy a higher end maker but this company doesn’t . A good product and variety.

I have 8 different versions from this company and I love them especially my two meteorite watches.

Livraison catastrophique sans choix du prestataire de livraison ! Résultat FedEx et toute son incompétence, le colis a été perdu après plusieurs tentatives de livraison à domicile sans accepter de livrer à la Poste. Interlocuteur FEDEX L’IA. Par ailleurs DUXOT n’informe pas les clients des taxes en sus. 40 € sur une montre à 130 €. De qui se moque t’on. C’est une attitude à la limite de la malhonnêteté. Pour couronner le tout malgré le colis perdu, les taxes ne sont pas remboursées !!! À FUIRRRRR !!

ATTENZIONE!!! Perché giocando col fatto che il loro sito è in lingua straniera, non si evince che al prezzo di acquisto dovete aggiungere una cifra non indifferente, per i costi e i dazi doganali. A me "FedEx" ha chiesto ulteriori 51 € minacciando anche, se non si fosse risposto in tempo, di addebitare fino a 100 euro di penale....comprate in Europa!!!

Their watches look and feels great. I now have 10 Duxot watches and find them very good for the price but obviously I don't wear then as I am a collector of watches not a wearer of watches.
Their feedback is very poor which is the opposite to my experience and maybe they are not so good but one as to go with what they have and for me their watches are great.
I guess time will tell but for the minute I think they are a really nice watch and I hope to buy even more as they offer such good value for money and are really nice to look at and wear.

bought a watch from them which was faulty. tried to arrange a return but they said it was at my cost to hong kong, nope in the bin it goes. lesson learned
