Buyer beware. Ordered a piece 9/26. Allegedly shipped 9/28. USPS via tracking has not yet received the item from Spinnaker for shipment. Spinnaker insists USPS has it. Yet as of 10/8, no one has the watch. Steer clear of this vendor.

I’ve bought quite a few Spinnaker watches over the past several years, and I’ve never been disappointed. My most recent purchase was the Snoopy Fleuss, and once again, Spinnaker delivered a watch that’s well made, distinctive, and just plain fun to wear.

One of the things I really appreciate about Spinnaker is that they aren’t afraid to have some fun with their designs. I own several of their character models, including SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs, and Patrick. The 50 Phantoms watch is pretty great as well. They manage to make watches that are playful and clever while still feeling like legitimate, quality timepieces.

Spinnaker is one of the first brands I think of when I’m looking for something a little different. In the past, I wanted a yellow watch to wear in support of a lemonade fundraising foundation benefiting pediatric cancer research. I figured Spinnaker would have a great option in the right color - and sure enough, they did.

I can say that Spinnaker has become one of my favorite brands for watches that are distinctive, colorful, and fun. I’m always interested to see what they come up with next.

I honestly don’t understand where so many negative reviews are coming from. I have a large watch collection and I also own quite a few Spinnaker watches. I really like the brand and have always been very happy with their watches, prices, quality, and designs.
In my experience, Spinnaker watches also keep very good time. Compared with some of my Zelos watches, my Spinnakers have generally been more accurate.
I especially love their limited editions and collaborations. I own several of them, including SpongeBob, Snoopy, and the 50 Phantoms editions. These fun and unusual limited releases are one of the main reasons I enjoy collecting Spinnaker.
I also want to mention the customs issue because I’ve seen people complain about extra customs charges. In my experience, Spinnaker has never charged me anything extra for customs, so saying that they automatically add additional customs fees is simply not true based on my purchases.
I’m very happy with Spinnaker and will definitely continue buying their watches.

I bought the Spinnaker Croft Automatic SP-5058-11. When I received it, it didn’t work, so I returned it, and there was no replacement for that model. They sent me a watch without checking if it worked properly, and on top of that, they didn’t refund the costs I incurred for customs clearance, even though it was Spinnaker’s fault. I have several Spinnaker models and they all work fine.

They finally acted honestly and the customs fees refund was carried out. Thanks.

Absolutely horrendous experience. They post fake lume shots on their website and the actual watch quality is far worse than advertised. Horrible company !!! Avoid at all costs !!
I have a modest collection of watches with various price ranges ranging from budget to luxury and spinnaker is definitely among the cheapest feeling of those and is definitely my worst purchase to date and absolutely horrendous customer service. THEY HAVENT REPLIED TO MY EMAIL FOR WEEKS !! and they expect you to pay for shipping even though you’ve already lost money on customs charges to get the watch into the country !

i've been purchasing from them every few years when i see something interesting. their customer service has always been very good with them trying their best and succeeding to overcome any issues that may crop up: shipping, addressing, a watch that needed a refund. they are no hassle and try hard, with a good, and at times excellent product.

I have a few Spinnaker watches, bought my first in 2022.
Pros: I like that some of their watches help marine conservation projects. They have a decent range of designs and colours. Nice packaging and some watches come with a second strap. Delivery has always been great. I wear them daily and have never had any scratches to the lens. The luminous elements are bright and strong.
Cons: the bezels are very tight and nowhere near as smooth or easy to turn as the marketing videos. The luminous elements don't last very long. It would be nice if they sold more straps and varieties (rubber, RPET) with different colours. They don't feel as solid internally when adjusting the time and date as they could be; I don't dive but I'm not sure I'd trust these for true diving.

Watch arrived as described in excellent condition and great value. Customer service was beyond expected with an additional shipping issue quickly resolved. Thank you Spinnaker staff for a great experience!

A very good company. Spinnaker produces fine watches that are dress, dive, field or whimsical at a reasonable price.

New, creative, varied and beautiful designs are what defines Spinnaker.
The use of quality materials also is built in.
I wish the lumed parts were better

The switch to Miyota movement I was not happy with. I have been accustomed to Seiko parts and movements
I think customers would rather psy a little more and get true Seiko parts

Le site ne mentionne pas explicitement les frais de douane 🛃 et j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise d’avoir à régler 58€ pour une montre à 200€ et le fait sciemment en mettant en évidence la mention « free shopping » ! Et en petit sur la facture post achat la mention des frais de douane.
Dommage de ne pas faire preuve de transparence sur le site, cela vous éviterait des mauvaises appréciations inutilement et de vous concentrer sur la constitution d’une communauté de clients orientée produit et non frais de douane.
La réponse à ma réclamation par mail a certes fait l’objet d’une réponse mais générique et sans vraiment considérer ce sujet récurrent.

beim Surfen im Internet bin ich auf Ihre Spinnaker-Uhren aufmerksam geworden. Da meine Zahlungsdaten bereits auf meinem Smartphone gespeichert waren, wurde die Bestellung versehentlich sofort abgeschlossen, ohne dass eine zusätzliche Bestätigung meiner Bank erforderlich war.

Kurz danach habe ich festgestellt, dass dieselbe Uhr zum gleichen Preis auch bei Amazon erhältlich ist und dort bereits innerhalb von zwei Tagen geliefert werden konnte. Deshalb habe ich noch am selben Tag per E-Mail die Stornierung meiner Bestellung beantragt.

Leider habe ich auf meine Stornierungsanfrage keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Obwohl ich mich sofort nach der Bestellung gemeldet habe, hat sich niemand darum gekümmert.

Zusätzlich wurde die Uhr erst nach etwa zwei Wochen versendet. Darüber hinaus erhielt ich noch ein Schreiben vom Zoll und musste zusätzlich 73 € Zollgebühren bezahlen.

Ich bin von diesem Ablauf sehr enttäuscht und bitte Sie um eine Stellungnahme sowie um eine faire Lösung.

The watch came promptly, was nicely packaged and very attractive. The only small negative was the color of the dial - it wasn't quite as 'yellow' as it appeared online. But overall it is a great watch.
