Don't buy from this watch company. They don't respond to anybody. My watch crown broke. Tried for weeks to the service department to get it fixed. Nothing. Buy at your risk. When it breaks, you lose!

Absolute garbage watch !, I bought a Hull Chronograph with a hybrid Meca-Quartz movement from Seiko's VK series. Bottom sweeping hand stopped moving as well as the entire watch. You have to ship to US service center that will charge you out the ear for everything, don't make the same mistake and purchase something better than Spinniker which is made in Hong Kong :(

Don’t buy a Spinnaker watch. If they go faulty, as l mine did, they make you pay the carrier costs to return the watch for repair. Shame, nice watch but who needs poor after sales lack of service like that?

Bought a Hull watch leather band. It is nice, took 7-10 business days to arrive. Package was better than my Seiko 5. Band is a soft foam leather not sure if it’s genuine. Matches watch color. Finish and features all work. It’s not perfect but nice, for the price really good.

I don’t understand all the negative comments about Spinnaker. I bought the Fleuss SpongeBob SquarePants Conch street Limited Edition last Friday and it arrived from Hong Kong in just 5 days with tracking from FedEx. Absolutely amazing quality and service, exceptional weight, feel and finish to the watch, especially the dial with 3D printed hour markers and with the characters on the rotor. Incredible value for money, the tropic strap is super comfortable and the limited packaging is above and beyond for what I paid for it. Crown is screw down, opens and closes without any fault. Hacking and hand winding, it’s incredible how they made all that possible for the small asking price. I highly recommend buying a Spinnaker. This was my first time buying from them and was a great and smooth experience from start to finish. This won’t be the last time I buy from them

Bought a Fleuss Automatic and it really is very good for the money, i fact surprisingly so. It is a well made watch, keeps good time and looks far my expensive than it really is. No clue why so many negatives, makes no sense. Just change the strap to grey silicone as the strap is its only downside.

Bought a hull diver last year. It tooks 1 month to arrive here so of you are a customer from Europe be patient. By the way the quality for the price Is astounding. I do really love my wristwatch and jt's One of the best purchase so far

J'utilise ma Spinnaker tous les jours, depuis plus de 4 mois maintenant, sans le moindre soucis. C'est une belle montre, bien fini, juste un peu lourde et épaisse. Le calibre (Seiko) est relativement précis. J'aime beaucoup le bracelet grains de riz (à ma grande surprise). Elle a tenu le coup jusqu'à présent même si je ne la ménage pas : c'est une tool watch. Je l'ai acheté sur un site danois (Di..r) à un prix compétitif SANS FRAIS DE DOUANE. Je n'ai pas eu besoin du service après vente qui est apparement inexistant !

Inflated rrp then heavily reduced to give perception of value and still disappoints at £200 off. Cheap bezel , movement , strap badly designed , loom last but applied thoughtlessly making it a blurry mess and unreadable.

In una settimana é arrivato il mio Fleuss GMT. Niente da dire sul prodotto che sembra molto buono e preciso.
Non capisco tutte le lamentele dalla provenienza da Hong Kong e il pagamento degli oneri doganali, peraltro tutto spiegato nei dettagli sul sito….che da la possibilità di pagare anche in 3 rate a interessi zero!
Quando potrò , più avanti, acquisterò un Piccard.

They created so much hype that all their new watches are being scalped before the rest of us genuine collectors don’t even have a chance. New release sold out in less than 1 minute. What’s the point?

Attention toutefois aux frais de douane!!!!!!
58€ pour ma part réclamés par le transporteur quelques mois après, pour une commande inférieure à 200€....

Délai de livraison long, et la bonne surprise de recevoir quelques mois après la livraison une demande de tva à régler de Fedex, eh oui, Spinnaker ne vous dit pas que des frais de douane sont à appliquer car les montres ne viennent pas de la CEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Plus de 50€ pour une montre à 268 € !!!!
A fuir ou acheter une bonne vieille seiko.
Honteux, je n'en achèterai plus jamais.....

Their warranty is a joke. My Spinnaker: sp-5062-11 stopped working with no apparent reason on day within first six month of purchasing. Complicated process including three times providing same information to them, their third party warranty out sourced company, finally I was able to get watch out to them. Close to $58 in shipment both ways (I arranged for sending watch to them and prepaid for return service).

Warranty company sends me invoice for 150 to do following description-
“ Cleaning and Overhaul - Disassembling and cleaning by a Certified Watch Maker. Gears inspected and assembled using
manufacturers oiling spec sheets. Time calibration, exterior case & band Cleaning, lubrication of all seals, and water resistance test. 1 Year Warranty“.

No mention of any damage, nor there was any scuffs, dings, dents nothing and I know that it didn’t have any impact either. Since the description of things needed to be done didn’t have any mention of damage either, I asked Spinnaker to foot the bill. And few days later they came back saying balance wheel is broken due to impact and so they won’t pay. I tried to convince them of there has not been any impact, nor does there is any physical sign of sale and so if something is broken then it will be defective balance wheel to begin with. Since then they have sent a dry apologies saying they won’t cover. My take has been that I don’t even want to watch back in that case as I have already spent 58 dollars and paying 150 more gets me to 208 against my original purchase price of 270.

Net net, please don’t fall for their watches. Based on my experience not quality watches that you would expect. Nor do they have processes or in this case intension to cover warranty even though they say they have 24 month warranty. Isn’t that a joke and nice way to swindle unassuming people like me?

Save your money and go for watches made by genuine micro brands in similar price range.

I ordered a Piccard Automatic watch as a gift for my husband and it turned out to be much bulkier and heavier than he wanted, so I tried to return it. The company failed to respond to multiple customer service inquiries. I have gotten no response despite repeated attempts, so I am out the purchase price for a watch I do not want.

Quand on commande une montre on nous apprend que les frais de port sont gratuits quelle mauvaise surprise de recevoir par la suite une facture de FedEx de 82€ pour des frais de douane , ce n’est mentionné nulle part lors de la commande plus jamais je ne passe commande sur ce site

My leather strap starting come apart less than 12 months after purchase. When I contacted their warranty dept under the 24 month warranty cover I was told the watch strap isn't covered and they view failure as fair wear and tear on their policy.
I was offer a new strap to buy .
Very poor quality strap and customer service, please take care when considering spending your money with them

Well my Spence 300 arrived within a week of ordering. I have seen pepople here so that had to pay extra duties , I have 3 delivered over teh past 2 years and never had to pay any duty, VAT, etc and all been delivered by Fed Ex
No quality issues with my other 2 watches and don't expect any with this one

II think their watches are beautiful, but they lack QA standards. I bought an automatic watch via an Authorized Dealer, and the “Oscillating Weight Rotor Plate” was out of the movement. I opened a ticket with them, but their communication is extremely slow. It took me close to a week and half to finally get the RMA Warranty form for repairs.

Their support URL to open new or update tickets is constantly broken. No phone numbers are provided on their website to speed up your ticket.

The warranty is run by a third-party company and had no connection/communication with them. I tried to contact them to pay for the repair, but I am still waiting. Lucky me the repair company is excellent, so I am getting my watch repair at a reasonable price.
