I recently purchased 3 pairs of size 24 jeans on sale. I’ve been wearing Dynamite/Garage jeans for a while and like them. But I’ve lost weight. I have always bought size 25-26 so I knew 24 would be the right size. However when they arrived the size 24 jeans we are LARGER than the jeans I already owned in the bigger size, including jeans of the exact same style. I am grateful that the company is allowing me to return these items as I had bought them on sale with full confidence that they would fit. I am confused and disappointed at the discrepancy in sizing. But I appreciate the customer service.

Excellent in store customer service. From the fitting room to paying for my purchase, everything was great.

Total disgrace of a company. No accountability or care for their employees and do not stad by their own company policies. The total management from head office to their stores are terrible and have no care in the world, so good at deflecting and denying and best treating people like crap. DISGUSTING ALL THE WAY FROM THE TOP!!!!

Genuinely upset at the shoddy quality and fit of this lace. It’s small but made for taller longer torsoed girls, the bib part is way too long and there is no way of adjusting it. I made peace with it by using boob tape to accomodate the top looseness but then I saw the lace part coming unstitched from the lining. To think this was priced at 21 on sale ( an average number and real value if properly stitched) and even more at regular, what an outrage! And of course, I can’t get my money back since they covered their backs with the final sale stamp👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Aucun accueil, aucune aide pour prendre les vêtements que je voulais essayer, temps d’attente très long à la cabine. Il y avait au-moins 3 employée mais 1 seule qui travaillait.

My order arrived within days!!!! I absolutely love the black faux leather pants bought!!! The fit is perfect!

There were very few size options and the sales girls were helpful - but the dress I really wanted was on the floor but the size was not available online and the closest store was states away in Illinois. I’m in NY

Programme récompense et à chaque fois on me dit que je dois m’inscrire, j’ai du m’inscrire une bonne dizaine de fois en magasin et via le service à la clientèle et la problématique reste. Je n’accumule
Donc pas mes points pour avoir droit à certains avantages et je trouve ça bien dommage et frustrant
Lorsqu’on appel au service à la clientèle le service est trop long et aucunement optimal car mon problème persiste.

I found the item I was looking for within 5 minutes of being in the store but couldn't find an employee to ring through my sale. I stood at the cash for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to show up. I would have left the item and walked out if it wasn't something I truly wanted.
You need more staff in this store.

Good quality products. And staff are helpful and polite. Good costumer service.

The individual I dealt with made me feel like an Inconvenience. As though I was bothering your and didn’t want to serve me. I experienced no customer service. It was beyond disappointing.

Le service laisse a désirer , personne sur le plancher pour aider a trouver les articles, manque beaucoup de grandeur et moi je suis une clientèle depuis au moins 25 ans et a mon avis pour le rapport qualité prix ... Les prix sont bien trop élevé .

The style and clothing pieces have gotten so much better. However the prices for the items are way overpriced. Go back to more affordable pricing!!
