Sat at home all day waiting for someone to arrive. I was quoted between 1pm to 6pm. They would call before they turned up. He turned up at 9.30pm as I was heading off to bed. Shocking

The technician called before arrival and was prompt. He identified the problem in no time at all and it was sorted out swiftly. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Dynorod based on my experience today.

Great, friendly, service. Multiple issues with our drains and lavatories were diagnosed quickly and rectified. A longer-term drainage problem was identified, and the Company will provide a quotation for the proposed remedial action.

We had an issue with a large calcified lump in the soil pipe. Although I managed to move it, the lump came to rest at the bottom of the soil pipe and caused a back up.
I contacted Dyno Rod and requested a visit. Within 3 hours the engineer arrived.
Bradley, was very helpful and positive in his approach to our problem. The calcified lump was broken down and removed. The camera revealed that the pipework was completely clear.

Emergency out of hours call out to clear a sewer pipe block. Lovely chatty chap Rowland came out and cleared it up promptly. Learned loads of interesting facts from him and was great at answering questions. Would recommend!

Roland was polite and knowledgeable, with nothing being a problem. He always had a backup plan ready, should the initial suggestion failed. Each time though, his expertise was right and he was able to get the job done. He explained everything and had a great customer care.

On time paid the amount quoted quick efficient diagnosis and got straight to work unblocking drain lines very clean tidy and professional service would definitely recommend and will definitely use again if needed

Easy contact options and fast appointment offered. Michael (operative) telephoned to confirm his arrival time. He went straight to work and identified the problem which was resolved quickly. He was very thorough in clearing the blockage and carried out an inspection with a camera. The area was sanitised and everything put back correctly. Michael was very friendly and polite(a credit to the company). I am extremely satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending your services.

Replacement of cracked earthenware drain below surface and surrounded by block paving plus pressure clearance of 5 drainpipe soak-aways. Dynorod engineer work tirelessly all day to finish the job.

Excellent service a job well done

Engineer arrived within the hour on a Friday evening. We’d had a flood caused by a blocked drain. Our engineer was very friendly and professional. It took a while to remove the blockage found that there was another problem further down the drain which was a Anglian Water issue. He gave us some advice on getting a survey done as we are planning an extension. Really helpful guy and had a genuine passion for the job! The Anglian Water engineer also turned up whilst he was still here so he explained his findings to him as well. Would definitely use again!
