On checking the website, there is a no obligation free quotation. HOWEVER the policy is to charge £190 plus VAT before any work is completed. How is that possible? Surely this is false advertising? After booking with no obligation my wife received a call to confirm the charges if we chose to proceed with any work. Needless to say I cancelled and booked with a local plumber instead who was fantastic. My advice. Give your hard earned cash to a local plumber.

The Engineer arrived promptly. He was very polite and efficient. Finished the work on our shower to our satisfaction. Excellent service.

Turned up. Fixed problem and super nice guy.

Called them first thing this morning to ask about getting a plumber out to look at our faulty heating system. Within two hours, the guy turned up, identified two issues. Quote emailed to me instantly, he disappeared to the merchants, came back and all up and running. Superb service

Daniel and his apprentice came round as soon as they could to fix a water pipe which we had put a nail through. They were very professional, helpful and explained everything that they were doing at each step. Highly recommend.

Two things have made me an absolute fan of this business. The first is the professionalism of Rodney whose investigative instincts are on a par with Sherlock Holmes. The disguised leak is no more!
The second is the help and support offered by Kirsty in the office, whose humour whilst taking calls and dare I say it, payment is exemplary.
Both deserve huge bonuses!

Excellent service

My hot water tank cylinder was leaking, contacted Dyno Rod, as part of British Gas contract. As part of my HomeCare plan, they were able to replace it. They were very efficient in coming out to the emergency. Water tank fitted within a week by Daniel who explained everything that he was about to do, going to do and was very pleasant and helpful. Any questions I asked, he could answer. Work was very neat and he made sure hot water was restored before he left. A very happy customer!

The plumber came within an hour. Very pleasant professional. Identified the issue, gave a good quote and fixed it on the spot. Highly recommend.

I had a suspected central heating leak under my concrete ground floor.

I used Dyno Plumbing (Abingdon depot) to diagnose and fix the issue through my British Gas cover. Daniel and Suf were absolutely brilliant - really respectful of the house and super friendly. They quickly identified the area of the leak in the hall and dug a very small hole to uncover the faulty pipework. They repaired it and retested the system to ensure it was working and left the repaired area in a very neat state.

Thank you both - I really appreciated the time you spent fixing the issue, and we were very grateful to get the heating back on!

I was very pleased with the work done,fitting a new shower pump, the engineer was pleasant,friendly, explained things,was tidy and efficient and was generally pleased.Would use them again.

Brilliant service late on a Saturday night when an ensuite was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. Really professional and had help within an hour.

Always good work from this company. I have used them three times now. Twice through British Gas and today with a direct booking. I needed the under-sink area remodelling to allow a better dishwasher pipe run. Called at nine thirty for a quote visit. Arrived within the hour and job all done by 12:00! Recommended fast, efficient with a work force focussed on customer service. My first call for all plumbing jobs.
