Plumber saved the day when fridge plumbing had a huge leak. Used via my banks home emergency cover. I was contacted quickly and issue resolved in about an hour. Great service!

Swift efficient service.
From the initial contact,through the site visit and quote, to the finished job this company was a pleasure to deal with.
Particular praise is due to the two young men who carried out the work.They were punctual ,polite and very efficient.They explained each stage of the process and we're very respectful of my home and left everything clean and tidy before leaving site. I can heartily recommend Dyno Rod.

Professional plumber Levi was exactly the help I needed
Plumber arrived on time letting me know by phone when he was arriving unfortunately not able to fix leak as not under insurance policy Levi was so proffesional and explained everything in detail so I could understand what my next step would be totally trusted his advice overall really pleasant experience in the wake of such an emergency

The company's appointment and response were promptly on time. The staffs were polite, respectful and very professional. The staffs explanations were well detailed.
Interestingly I was given a fee waiver for a fault which is not theirs.

Great experience overall

When he arrived, he was brilliant — friendly, honest, and really knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue straight away, had the parts with him, and fixed everything on the spot. Despite the delay, the service itself was excellent.

Called to fix a fault on the cistern…
Called to fix a fault on the cistern flushing mechanism, which was constantly filling and emptying water. Arrived within 30 minutes of the call, fixed a new part, all now working well. Very efficient service. Welsh water , who warn about conserving water, reporting leaks etc estimated 48hrs plus..but more as it's a weekend.

Rubbish company
What a sh1t 💩 company (excuse the pun). They refused to remove the waste that was coming out of a split pan connector and then proceeded to put the toilet back with this stuff still present. I contacted the insurance company to say what had happened and that shouldn't be left like that. They called them and this excuse of a company refused to come out and refused to attend a further job which was for them to remove the toilet for a company to come and clean the area. So all I can say is I wouldn't entertain this company at any cost. They have also caused further problems. Be warned !
